5 /5 Jacob Lau: Was hesitant to write a review as it may result in longer waiting times for me in the future to get a time slot but FTC Auto Repair Inc is well deserving of it. Ive had multiple services performed here on my Subaru WRX and BRZ such as a wheel hub replacement, starter replacement, tire mounting, oil changes, NY state inspections and more and havent had any issues result from any of these. Fung is a Rockstar of a mechanic, and most importantly, hes a mechanic that you can trust and rely on. Hell be blunt with what needs work and what doesnt and wont jib you on your hard earned coin.

He’s like yeah I can’t do it or else the amount he wanted if I wanted to get inspection done with tints which was mad stupid and then I went to another workshop they did it with no problem.

Quincy Walker: I came to the shop and told them what the problem was. They told me they fix the issue they never fix the issue. They also told me that they performed other maintenance repairs that I know they didn’t do like adjusting my timing chain they told me they adjusted it when I have a single cam in my truck and it runs the same it’s not running correctly. I had low voltage in my O2 sensor. They told me they fix the electrical problem. I took it to another shop and had it scanned it is the same problem they lie they tell you they’re going to fix your issues, they charge you a lot of money and they never do the right thing. It’s not a honest shop.

I was told that front brakes are good, however the rear needs to be replaced. Im always on top of my vehicle so I already purchased front and rear brakes to be on the safe side. They changed my brakes and my rear tail light as it was out. Will definitely return to this shop for more repairs if needed.

CARLOS GOMEZ: I went to N.E.A.C due to the nice reviews on YELP but still there is that skepticism. I get my car serviced at MB Manhattan, they offer rim repair service, after several repairs and $300.00 each rim, RIM repair said that my rims could not be repaired any more and that I should buy a new set. Or that the only thing left to do was to patch up the rims and paint them. I said ok, proceed..... some months later I came across N.E.A.C. (yelp) because I needed the rims to look like new again (image is every thingy!) so what was I saying.. ohh yeah!. not only did they repair my rims, but they look better than new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! look at the pickys I could not be any happier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The repair guy (from TEXAS) told me I can scratch the rims another 100 times and he can repair them.... there is plenty of meat for him to work on. lol they are the best!!!!! if you are anal about every little detail... this is the place to go :0)
