1 /5 M.G.: Not sure how they are still open! Its pretty dirty in there and Im not sure how anyone could actually get a Service. I went to get my gel nails off as a last minute thing. Where Id normally go was short on staff. This place needs to be shut down due to the filthy environment and unsanitary used towels and manicure equipment that is not being sanitized.

5 /5 Google User: I absolutely love this salon. They have amazing customer service and the nails are always perfect. Their prices are very reasonable. Absolutely beautiful nails! Way better than some shops on ridge road. I’m willing to drive the distance for them. I think I finally found my new favorite nail place! Thank you so much ladies!

1 /5 Marie Emily: Not sure why I keep giving this place a chance honestly. They pressure you into getting dip powder bc it’s easier for them to do than actual acrylic nails and they charge MORE for the dip powder and claim it’s stronger and lasts longer, but the last 3 sets I got I had broken 3-4 nails within a week. Just got a set 6 days ago and I’ve already broken off two nails and both thumb nails are cracked straight across on both sides and about to break off any time now. Complete and total waste of $48 every single time. I will definitely never be back.

5 /5 Natalie Jones: This place blew my expectations outta the water. We made an appointment but showed up early and they took us right away! The nail tech was quick, professional and super nice. I tried Dip powder for the first time and I am IN LOVE with my nails!!! I will definitely be back. S/N they prefer cash and have an ATM so remember to grab cash on the way

Make sure you go there early or make an appointment because it be packed. Oh yeah , try them out you’re gonna love it. Full set starts at $40 and up eyebrows $10 cash only and you have to get a number

Ingrid Hill: This is a smaller nail salon. The day we went in only 2 techs were on the floor but they were both pleasant, attentive, and efficient. Their work was beautiful. Priced a smidge higher than other local studios but the attentive focus and detail orientation made it all worth it.

Carolyn Ortiz: Went today and was turned away HOWEVER it was a Saturday and they said they had no appointments available. I was shocked because I got there and there were staff with empty seats so even if they had an appointment they could’ve served me if they wanted to. I was only there for a manicure which takes 20 minutes so if they really wanted to attend to me they could’ve. But on a brighter note they do a great job and my nails lasted. So, I gave them 5 stars due to the quality of service but they could do better accommodating people because it seems like I wasn’t the only one based on previous comments. I guess to avoid the hassle MAKE AN APPOINTMENT especially for a Saturday. When I went before it was during the week so that could be the difference.

Sara Armesto: So want to start by saying that Im not a local and staying in Middletown for work for over a month now. I was in need of a refill but I only use protein bullilder gel over my natural nails. I was so skeptical about going somewhere I didnt know and not many places use the protein builder method. I went to Giovanna on a whim and was not disappointed. She uses the method which is so much healthier for natural nails and they came out lovely. To top it off she finished with a wonderful hand massage. I would definitely recommend her.

I was so impressed with the quality and detail that was used to do my manicure. My nail tech was Lora and I absolutely loved her. Nichelle Solomon: Really liked my design and how my nails came out with Ivana! She was very thorough with my manicure and design. However, $150 for these is kinda crazy to me as I got designs like this and more intricate with Japanese nail gel at my regular spot for cheaper than this. The design alone was about $70+? I’d still recommend and will come back! Just confirm the price and your design first!

Her attention to detail is unmatched…and I have been getting my nails done for 30+years!! I value her opinions and recommendations, on out second appointment together she talked me into a different nail shape, and I was hesitant - but so grateful she brought me out of the 90’s!!
