alex GAYLE Today wad my very 1st time at roc nails my co worker recommended the owner Lina to do my acrylic nails plus design and I tell you she did not disappoint the cleanliness of the salon. The amazing customer service plus the great work all the ladies put in while working on your hands and feet is superb 20 outta 10 !!!!!!! Please treat yaself to this salon I promise you will leave with a smile and no regrets

Mallory Czlonka I try my best to not complain. I have been looking a for a nail salon for a while, and every time I’m Dissatisfied. Another mail shop where they give you quantity over quality to make the most. The poor girl, had product all around my finger nail beds. She was going to keep it that way until I spoke up, they are completely lumpy my gel polish has bubbles in like four nails. I even showed a picture of the shape I was looking for, but looking at my nails they are completely in even the way the product was applied, you could tell she was self taught that was not a nail school graduate. Finally told her I was going to fix them at my own shop, I’m a cosmetologist who did nails for years. I must have really high standards I should’ve done them myself. I politely paid and left, god forbid you mention an issue it’s your fault and oh you moved or something-. I just want quality, I want my nails a certain way and I’m still searching

Tylette Shepherd Ive never in my life left a nail shop hating my nails so much. Terrible job. Not sure if its because Ive never been there before or if they just arent that great. But my nails are terrible. First I didnt ask for a full set I just wanted a gel manicure. She starts cutting my nails and Im thinking shes just making them even. Then she begins to sand them down etc and pulls out the plastic nails whoa whoa you just took gel polish off of my real nails why would you think I wanted fake nails. After disgust I let her continue. She does the French manicure and the polish isnt even. I believe she was upset when I told her Im taking them off after the wedding because I dont like acrylic especially when I have healthy long natural nails. The acrylic is caked too thick and they arent even. Very disappointed. Thank goodness I NEVER have to go there again. Wedding nails ruined. Sincerely a disappointed Bridesmaid from Virginia.

Jamie Service was amazing I have come here twice since moving to the area and both times I have felt welcomed to be there. Vincent did my nails today and they look amazing, my mother-in-law and I scheduled an appointment today and they were prompt and ready when we got there. I will definitely be coming back as well as suggesting this place to family and friends. Also matched the picture reference perfectly.

Adaku Uwandu They get two stars for good customer service. But my nail job was botched. The nail tech (a young man, might still be learning) did not know what he was doing, the worst part is I was watching it and I knew it wouldn’t come out right, had to talk him through it and this was the best he could do. Another bad sign is when a tech keeps nicking you. There may be better technicians in the saloon, but the young man needs training, $100 for botched nail job isn’t it!

Erica Michelle Very good prices very good customer service literally all you have to do is show them a picture of the nail design that you want and they’ll do it. Love my eyebrows. Make sure you go there early or make an appointment because it be packed. Oh yeah , try them out you’re gonna love it. Full set starts at $40 and up eyebrows $10 cash only and you have to get a number

Liz Murray Ive only been here once. It was to get my brows done. I had been growing my brows since last October and wanted to get them done for the B2K Concert. The wait wasnt too bad and for the price she did phenomenal!!! I kept hearing about the brow lady in Goodman Plaza and she did not disappoint. I wish I knew her name, but I will def be going back!!

Cristina Puccia I chose Pure Sole to remove gel polish from another nail salon, after realizing my nails could be damaged if removal was not done with care. Maddy was amazing and I knew while there that I made the right choice! The studio is clean, the removal was gentle, and I adore the shaping she did to my nails afterward. Looking forward to my next visit.

Elaina DeBoard Jessica and Chelsea were both so nice and welcoming. This was my first ever manicure and it certainly wont be the last! Jessica did a beautiful job on my abstract Spring nails and was really great about checking in with me on ideas, colors, adding foil, and making sure I liked the results. Will definitely be back :). Bonus points for cute dog and beautiful location/decor.

M.G. Not sure how they are still open! Its pretty dirty in there and Im not sure how anyone could actually get a Service. I went to get my gel nails off as a last minute thing. Where Id normally go was short on staff. This place needs to be shut down due to the filthy environment and unsanitary used towels and manicure equipment that is not being sanitized.

Marie Emily Not sure why I keep giving this place a chance honestly. They pressure you into getting dip powder bc it’s easier for them to do than actual acrylic nails and they charge MORE for the dip powder and claim it’s stronger and lasts longer, but the last 3 sets I got I had broken 3-4 nails within a week. Just got a set 6 days ago and I’ve already broken off two nails and both thumb nails are cracked straight across on both sides and about to break off any time now. Complete and total waste of $48 every single time. I will definitely never be back.

Chantal Omg my nails are gorgeous!!! And the price was perfect. Just $65 for them. Down the street they charged $120. The techs are friendly and funny. My new nail spot for sure!!!!

Nicole Falkenstein Never going here again. The lady was EXTREMELY rough and several of my fingers ended up cut and bleeding. My nails were all cut crooked and I did not notice until I got home. One of the cuts ended up getting infected. Another nail didn’t even cover my whole nail. I ended up having to fix everything myself. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.

Amber I would recommend to NOT go here. If I could give zero stars I would. The nail tech was extremely rough with the initial dremel to where it got so hot it burned my natural nails and I had to pull my hand away. Then in the pictures I posted she cut the white nail tips down so they don’t even cover my natural nail. Also cut me twice and when my fingers started to bleed she said “ oh it’s your skin your skin is bad” after literally dremeling my fingers to make them bleed. Also every single nail is filled with bubbles I will never go here ever again from the extremely poor quality and how rude the nail tech was. Ive also never been to a nail salon that doesn’t put lotion or cuticle oil on after, granted it was $40 for a full white tip set but there are other places in the area that charge the same for way better service and quality

Candace D I really love getting my nails done here. I’ve been going on and off for over 5 years. I have natural nails and typically get gel manicures. I appreciate the time they take to trim my cuticles and the focus on my nail beds. The staff here is so kind and so friendly. I enjoy the pedicure too. It’s by appointment only so call ahead!!

Bella Please do yourself a favor Do not go to this guy!!! I have not had my nails done in years because of work. I decided to treat myself and get a mani for a special occasion. This guy did not even give me the basic mani with a full set. Nothing!! no cuticle oil massage or basic file. He used a high speed drill / filer which he cut me with 2x !!! Also , I told him from the beginning that I wanted them short! He refused to cut them down and filed them like squares. I am sooo beyond disappointed and dooped! Not everyone should be doing nails! These guys just want your money ! They do not care about customer service or satisfaction at all!

Michelle Harford I’ve had hair extensions installed for the last 2 years by Toni. She has changed my fine lifeless hair to beautiful hair that I’ve always dreamed of! I am stopped by people all the time to compliment me on how they love my hair and they can’t believe how long it is! Toni was thorough in color matching my hair and explaining proper care. I can’t recommend her or her services enough!

jonathan Andrade I received spa package as a gift. And I’m giving it 3 stars as the facial was the best part of my 5 hour spa day. Liz was knowledgeable about skin care and gentle. The only thing missing was the steam which I think might be something Rochester spas do not offer. As for the massage, it was decent however she didn’t want to massage my feet or hands bc I was getting a mani and pedi. I’m sorry but a mani pedi massage is not the same as getting your feet/hands massaged from a real deal massage therapist. As for the mani/pedi def not the best I’ve ever had. Emmy seems nice but didn’t seem like she was into doing it. she didn’t soften up nails by letting them soak in water instead used some solution that she left in for 5 secs. I skipped the sugar scrub as I figured it wouldn’t have added anything to the already lackluster experience. Came home with hang nails and some jagged edges.

Jen C. I came to maxim salon after I destroyed my hair at home using bleach. I broke off 65% of my hair. And Toni saved me!!!! I felt so horrible before I got my extensions put in by Toni. Now I have my confidence back! They look so natural and blend in perfectly with the rest of my hair. Gorgeous, Thank you so much.

Nubia McFadden Theyre always so friendly and down to earth. Love the fact that theyre first come first serve also seeing that so many nail salons are requiring you to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Theyre also doing lip waxing too which made me REALLY happy bc almost no one is doing lip waxing at this time.

anita johnson Terrible job her nail tech did on my nails on 11-14 -24 they look awful looks like a kid could have done better never again. Maybe Melissa can do a good job but she was watching a soap opera but her nail tech does a awful job this is a pic after I clean up the areas she did not do any of that and she left a huge space where she should have started the hails they look disgusting it was dark so I could not actually see them and when I left I had to get my stuff together for a Funeral , So I got home late looked at them today and wanted to cry

Amber Hovis Elisha is always down with my crazy ideas. She does a phenomenal job and her attention to detail is insane. I’ve never left with a bad set and she actually cares about the structure and health of your nails, which is rare! We always have good conversations. It’s just an over all vibe and good experience. She remembers me and conversations we’ve had weeks prior. I can go on and on, the point is if you’re not getting services from her, you’re messing up!
