1 /5 starsky hutch: I had my car taken to Gardner Road Auto in Horseheads, and the repairs are going to be more than the vehicle is worth. I went and got a new car at Simmons Rockwell, so this other car is no longer needed. I make a deal to sell the car to someone who is willing to pick it up, I let Gardner Road know, and they made an "offer" that was much lower than what I was getting. Once I told them (Tracey & Cindy) that I didnt want to back out on my original agreement, they got angry and told me I had to have the car off their property in 30 minutes and that I mysteriously now had a $100.00 "inspection fee" that was never mentioned previously.
This place is a terrible joke, please avoid the hassle and the headache, and go pretty much anywhere else.
