5 /5 Mary Archambault: I brought my 2017 Lexus RX350 to Garvey Auto Body after a collision with a deer. They did an exceptional job, my car looks perfect. The whole process from the very first phone call with Catrina and then dropping the car off with Craig, was so easy and professional. Communication on the estimate and repair was timely with clear explanations on repairs and costs. The repairs were done on time ( actually a little sooner than expected), my car looks great. They worked with my insurance and made everything so stress free. Overall a very good experience with exceptional customer service and quality repairs which I truly appreciate.

5 /5 susan wishod gross: The bumper restoration and detailing were exceptional. I had wax spots I couldnt remove with several tries. It was a great surprise to see them gone. I didnt even have to request the fix. Another shop near me in Glenmont said they might not be able to remove the spots and suggested an Albany specialist for about $400. Im so pleased I made the choice after learning Garvey has an auto body shop. My Taos is showroom ready. Thanks, Susan

Catrina and Dan especially went out of their way to accommodate our familys needs and answer all of our questions throughout the insurance claim and repair process. The estimator was very pleasant to work with as well. If I could give more stars, I would... we were floored by their thoughtfulness, care, and sage advice. I was kept updated on the progress of my car and answered all my questions. They kept me updated through the process. Not only did they fix the car but when I went to pick it up the car was clean inside and out they went above and beyond!! Thank you Garvey Auto Body!

5 /5 STEVE TAVORMINA: My experience with Garvey was truly OUTSTANDING. Completed the work in a FLASH !!! Gave my PRECIOUS Jeep a Detail job that made it look BRAND NEW. Craig is a true PROFESSIONAL, and Catrina, the OFFICE MANAGER and RECEOPTIONIST is as good as it can get. I DO NOT want another "fender bender", but if I have one, I will know where to go. I HIGHLY recommend Garvey Auto Body.
