Lisa T: I have been afraid of the dentist for years, after a number of negative experiences with unfriendly practitioners and pain. After the pandemic shutdown, I was in need of emergency dental work and Monica got me in for an appointment quickly. Dr. Dogus worked with me to create a detailed plan of treatment that would fix my immediate problem and return my mouth/teeth to order. Dr. Dogus and his staff are caring and genuinely warm in how they treat their patients. Every step of the way I am informed of whats happening and am checked in with to make sure that Im comfortable and not in pain. After a few months of being Dr. Dogus patient, I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist and therefore am taking better/consistent care of my dental health because of how professional and compassionate Dr. Dogus and his team have been. 100% recommend.
R. Spadini: Dr. Sokoloff is excellent, as is his office staff. They are flexible, very helpful, and pleasant. They even went above and beyond in helping my son resolve an orthodontic issue that arose when he was away at college.
Ice Vasig: I do not like the staff that answered my cal in the afternoon of Feb.10,2025. I believe she knows that i am asian. Its my first time to book for appointment. She gave me long instruction on how to do paperwork. She made it hard for me to avail the dental services of this clinic. Other clinics simply texted or emailed me the link. Others gave me appointment date and provide then with my Id when i arrived. This staff should not be there. I was willing to drive for one hour to this clinic but now i changed my mind. I dont like how that staff treated me.
Annie Helmer: They are always prompt at helping me when I have a problem. Shannon was very helpful to me at this appointment and others. I feel confident with her as she explains my situation. She seems very knowledgeable and compassionate which is important in this field.
