Gel Nails - hudson - Hudson (NY)

1 /5 Madalyn Shook: Not happy. Paid 55 dollars (mind blown) for a gel pedicure that ultimately took about and hour and a half. Water was too hot asked for some cold only left the “cold” (still lukewarm) on for a second. Then left for about 20 minutes so I couldn’t ask for more cold. Barely scrubbed my feet they were left rough. The actual work on the nails hurt just about the whole time. The woman kept digging her nail into my cuticles. I assume she was trying to remove excess polish but she was doing it over and over again super hard. The gel application is fine at best one big lump on my right big toe. Also I woke up early the next morning with my left big toe in incredible pain and swollen. My friend that came with me got the callus removal and left bleeding as well. She also didn’t receive a leg massage and paid 10 dollars more. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I only gave 1 star because I got my eyebrows waxed there a couple weeks before and they came out great.

1 /5 Kristen Decker-douville: I just got my nails done. The owner is very rude, nails are uneven, then refused to fix them, are not painted fully, and are cracked and chipped 5 minutes after leaving. Then continued to say I need to get help. I wouldnt give him any stars. They need to be shut down.

1 /5 suzanne morris: ANC Dip nail cracked. Went to get fixed it fixed 2x the same day and the nail broke off within an hour of the 2nd fix. Refused to fix for free. Same nail cracked on the same place 3x in one day and somehow it its not that their fault. Only one nail had the same Crack. These were nails with tips and instead of fixing it right they just would try and put more coats of ANC powder over it, which obviously didnt work. Very unprofessional.

1 /5 JaNy A: I went for an acrylic removal on my toenails and from the moment I arrived, Dean attention was arrogant and he told me that it would cost $10 dollars to remove the acrylic and when I paid he charged me $15. I didnt respect the price and his attention was bad, dont spend its $ here.
