Patrick Kelly: Every staff member, except a lab tech, I interacted with was rude. The doctor I saw was the most condescending and worst listener that Ive ever seen a doctor be. Wasted my day. Should have never took the time off work.
Dawnna J Slocum: Do not go to Dr. Walters. He spends the entire time googling things. Its all about his ego not you. He calls at 7pm on Friday nights over things that could be mychart nessages. My last time there he freaked on me for asking about his favorite sports team. Staff admitted he has a lot of bad days. I specifically told the office manager Dr. Walters was not to contact me and he continued to. The office manager grossly mishandled the situation and they refused to let me go to a different doctor in the office. I switched to UR and it was the best thing Ive done!
Michael Russell: Just another profit driven enterprise. The people who see you every day are pretty awesome (for the most part although some of the higher end nurses have bought the u of r medicine lie that its all about the patient), but alas management looks at it as a cash cow. Tylor Hunn: Came in for a routine physical and brought up a few concerns about general health. 1 month later, I get a bill for $90 because the fully covered physical turned into an office visit just because I asked some questions. Very shady behavior and will be looking for a new doctor.
Todd Harmon: Our daughter recently had a tonsillectomy at this hospital. She is 9 years old. We were very happy with everything. The nurses were great especially our RN Drew. Couldn’t be happier with the care and attention given to our daughter here. Thank you
