5 /5 Michele: This is the best dental office. Everyone is so helpful and so nice. They really care for their patients. Rene is the best. She always takes such good care of me. She always lets me know what I’m doing right or what I can do better with my self care. I was always afraid of going to the dentist but everyone there and especially Rene put my mind at ease and always make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend them.

5 /5 CJT NYC: I’ve been a patient of Gentle Dental 365 in Middle Island for many years and highly recommend them. Renee my hygienist has been absolutely the best and has a truly ‘gentle touch’ and really does a top notch job at my 3 month cleanings. She works hand in hand with my Dentist Dr. Barsum who I also highly praise for his concern and his immediate action when I had an old amalgam filling crack out. He saw me that day and took care of the problem and within a couple weeks had a root canal scheduled and new tooth perfectly fitted. Dr. Barsum’s new dental assistant is a very amiable young man and quite helpful too.The office staff is always welcoming. Veronica follows up on appointments and is always cheerful when she calls to remind you about appointments. All in all I would say if you’re looking for a new Dentist try this office. Great people with a local touch. They take most insurance and billing is easy as they have the cost all figured out with your insurance deductions at end of appointments. I’d give Renee, Dr. Barsum and the staff at Middle Island a 5 top grade.

Dr. Peppas provided me with actionable feedback, Renee was personable and I felt like I have been going there for years even though it was my first time, Najhe and Veronica were friendly and efficient. I appreciated the air of authentic caring and look forward to my next visit.

5 /5 John Hanley: 2nd time going to Gentle Dental. Wait was very short. Renee the hygienist was great. Also had my 4 y/o daughter with me in for her second ever dentist visit. Renee was very patient and accommodating not forcing anything onto a nervous 4 y/o. Highly recommend for both adults and children.
