1 /5 Jessica McFarland: I used to go there for a while. I stopped getting my nails done to give them a break and because i could never get in on a day off because they were closed. I called today to schedule a week and a half in advance because they usually book out a ways because their that good. The guy was extremely rude and said that because i was a new customer, he wouldnt book out that far because Id possibly no call no show. Ive never done that, and i said Ive been there before he then said well i dont know you, so i wont do it, and hes the only one there. I would glady paid in full to book the appointment for 2 people, but they just lost a customer. No matter how good a place is if they have horrible customer service thats a done deal.
