2 /5 Seraphina Buckholtz: I came in for a consultation for an impacted canine. The whole staff was kind and informative, except for Dr. Gush. I had said that I was going to a few different consultations to compare costs and recommendations, and although Gush’s prices were comparable to the other quotes I was given, he rushed through everything, saying he wanted to keep it “short and sweet,” because it’s not a “cheap” place, more a “high-end boutique.” He did not bother to ask if I had any questions, as he seemed to assume immediately that I would not be interested in quality care just because I was looking at all my options. I might have chosen to be treated here were it not for his poor bedside manner and classist attitude.
