3 /5 Connie Foley: I was able to get right in receptionist was very friendly. The nurse was nice and did her good very well. The NP acted like I was wasting his time What he told me to do I was already doing I dont think he was in the room for more than 5 minutes it was a waste of my time and money. I was very disappointed,

5 /5 Cassie C: I had to take my son to the walk-in and the staff there were so friendly and kind. We got right in and I just feel the care was incredible. They took the time to listen and were amazing to my 5 month old baby who gave them lots of smiles! Deidre the nurse and Jess K the provider were so friendly and seemed to really care. Anytime I need to go to the walk-in it will be the Owego office!

1 /5 Angela Shugars: This place used to be a good walk in to go to, it no longer is. I went there, they didn’t test me for anything the “doctor” or nurse practitioner or whoever he was, was rude, didn’t listen to my lungs or anything, dismissed me quickly, I went to my primary care a few days later and am on several medications now because my sickness only got worse, I have pneumonia and a fever rash all over my body, also I have Multiple Sclerosis so I have no immune system so my sickness was very real and very bad, which got much worse because this walk in did not even attempt to help. Waste of time and money.

5 /5 Hannah Rowe: Im very happy with my experiences with this walk-in clinic! I would definitely recommend this to others. Dedre and Jess were absolute lifesavers for me! They were willing to listen to my concerns about my health issue and very attentive to my needs. The staff went above and beyond to help me step by step with working with my insurance for my prescriptions and follow-up care. This walk-in is excellent with overall care for patients needs.

1 /5 Sheila McLaughlin: I work in the medical field and totally understand being busy and short staffed. However having to wait for over an hour and half to be seen is ridiculous. This after being ask to wait in my car because of my symptoms. I again understand precaution and all but thanks for letting everyone in the entire office know my business. Hello hippa law apply at all. Finally get called to come in and put in a room for over half an hour. Start to think I have been forgot so I pock my head out of the door and a NOT so friendly nurse says can I help you. Me, yeah just getting concerned that I was forgotten being I have been in here for half an hour. Rude NURE well we only have one doctor and she is seeing people in order. Um afraid not sence I literally saw people that arrived after me being discharged when I was lead in the backdoor. Funny with in minutes I am finally seenby the doctor and find out I probabely have the flu and swellon sinus. Um so a sinus infection. Total amount time spent with doctor maybe 5 minutes. Now here I sit again waiting to be tested. Not even a minute later me being so luckyget the rude nurse to test me for the flu. Finally done after almost 2 hrs. Not what anyone that is not feeling well wants to do. Hopefully now that guthrie owns Lourdes they can get a handle on this place. People who are sick and not feeling well do not want nor should they have to spend 2 hours in a walkin clinic to be treated rudely.
