It started with Carrie who handles all the coordination, she was such a pleasure and so helpful when scheduling my bookings. I had a family wedding to attend, I am from out of state and needed my hair and makeup done.The salon has a very fun vibe in the heart of White Plains. Filomena created a gorgeous updo for me, wow, she is extremely talented. Sabrina was masterful with my makeup, if I could just look like her creation everyday (I wish)...incredible.I was so happy when I left and got compliments from all my friends and family all day. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Not to mention, they serve amazing cappuccinos and even have pink Starbursts—such a fun touch! The attention to detail and level of care they provide keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

Found Hair Hause on instagram and called to name an appointment. The woman on the phone was super friendly and gave me great recommendations for good places to go in my area. Sabrina, my stylist was amazing from start to finish! She understood my vision and was more excited than I was so see the finished result. Needless to say, she KILLED it! In love with my hair and am soooo happy I have a new salon. Thank you ladies for making my experience amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

Jada Marie Perez: I’m new in town and I had a hard time choosing a salon to go to. After a long thorough search in White Plains I found Salon Maffei. I went in to book an appointment and I automatically felt the happy atmosphere. Everyone who works there absolutely LOVES what they do, you feel the passion whilst sitting in that chair. I originally wanted to dye my hair a certain color, but when I came in the next day Nick expressed his concern for the health of my hair, and told me that he couldn’t do my hair the exact way I wanted, but would improvise. I said yes, and I was NOT disappointed! Dawn helped Nick do my hair, as well as washed my hair. She was gentle, sweet, and knows how to keep a client entertained and engaged. It’s all a big personal experience if you ask me. Now Nick mainly worked on the dyeing of my hair, he did an phenomenal job. I was not disappointed whatsoever, he understood the vibe of what I wanted and delivered. You feel like more than a client when at Salon Maffei, you feel like a friend, almost like family. After my appointment I will definitely be coming back for future haircuts, touch-ups and more. Overall, my whole experience felt personalized, happy, and relaxed. Thank you so much Nick and Dawn!!

However, I made an appointment for myself and my daughter (Shirley Temple); I wish that they sat us together or at least ask me what style I had in mind for my daughter.I had requested a braid in the appointment but my daughter didn’t receive the braid (the braid was removed from the final bill).It was on a Sunday afternoon and they seemed pressed for time. Otherwise it would had been a five star experience.

DANTE Aquilano: We are soo happy we found this hairdresser. EBONA has been a lifesaver. She did my daughter shair a month ago and we loved how creative, loving and fast she did her hair. My daughter wanted a purple flower in her head and Ebona out done herself. We loved how clean and professional she is. Her place is clean and she has a warm welcoming atmosphere. My 5 year old daughter always cries when she gets her hair done and usually getting her hair done takes 4 hours. With Ebona it took about 2 hours and to be honest this is the nicest hairstyle she has ever had. We have been recommending her to many people so far. For anyone who is thinking about going to Hair me out I would highly recommend her.
