I did go back but this time e I saw Pam and I changed my rating to a 5. She did a super job on my eyebrows and gave me a perfect cut. Ill keep going there as long as they are open for business.

5 /5 Robin Gavin: Josh is just the best! I had been going to the same stylist for too many years to count. I dont know if this person is getting old or if it is me but I would ask for a trim and all of a sudden I looked like a bowling pin with such short hair! Josh has been able in one visit to correct my style and bring me up to date. Best haircut I have ever had and my husband now uses Josh as well. Whew!

1 /5 Hez Miller: I made an appointment over two weeks out for Hannah, which was confirmed via multiple texts and emails. After waiting in the salon for over half an hour after my scheduled appointment time, I spoke with a nail tech who informed me Hannah was on maternity leave. I completely understand taking time off, but part of your job responsibilities when doing so is to clear your calendar and let your scheduled clients know.

5 /5 Julianne Ocasio: I highly recommend Josh at Hair it is for his color knowledge, friendliness, and confidence to tell you what will work with your hair and current style trends, and what won’t. We’ve made color changes seasonally, and he’s taken the time to look at photos of my previous hairstyles. My 12 year old daughter enjoys his company and her cuts. I enjoy the setting and location. It’s easy to get to and park. The shop is in a small house w a total of 4 stylist chairs. It feels comfortable, not competitive. My experiences with Josh feel like visiting a family member who is great with cuts and color, so you don’t go anywhere else.

This company takes great care protecting us during the pandemic. Really attractive building inside and out and super convenient in downtown Ithaca, NY.

James Thompson: ive never had a good haircut, genuinely, but that Bulgarian mofo did me RIGHT. went in like a month or two ago to get a haircut, and im never good at explaining what i want, so i kind of just kind of agreed to everything he was going to do and oh my god he pulled it off. Ive never had a hair style like this i didnt even KNOW i could rock a style like this before going there. the cut looked great right after dont get me wrong, but with all haircuts they get better with time and oh my god i couldnt be happier, this may be the most confident Ive been in a long while. the picture is this morning, i didnt even need to style it, this was like right out of bed. magic. if you want a haircut, you are going here no questions, no ifs, no butts. i will travel the country to come here i dont care, this is my spot.

NY Studio 108 Hair Design - Ithaca

Almande: I asked to have 1.5 - 2 inches taken off my existing cut and specified I wanted to be sure the ends would not be bulky or flip out. The stylist completely changed the shape of the cut. Now my hair cannot be styled normally and flips out very far or forms an inverted v - opposite of what I had and asked for. This place is very hit and miss.
