She has helped me prepare my hair for donation and have greatly appreciated her help. The salon is very clean and relaxing, I really love the weekend hours! And would recommend this place to anyone!
Karma Salon - Ithaca Gayle Cappelluti: I’ve searched for YEARS to find someone who understood how to bring out the best of my texture - sometimes curlier than others, depending on the weather. Finally, I got in to see Morgan, a curl expert! And her shampoos are HEAVENLY. I’m so happy! Plus the staff is friendly and welcoming. Karma is THE BOMB!
Studio B - Ithaca Cheryl Tselekis: Hannah Jung is just the best Manicure/Pedicure technician that I have ever had in Ithaca, NY. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave the business she is 100% at your service. Fast to get back to you on booked appointments too. A pleasure to do business with and a definite asset to this business. Nail service is just one of her specialties. Highly reccomended by myself.
Hair, Etc. - Ithaca Peter Comerford: I dont get my hair removed with lasers, but Amanda B has been cutting my hair at Hair Etc for years. She is an expert, always entertaining and kind. This company takes great care protecting us during the pandemic. Really attractive building inside and out and super convenient in downtown Ithaca, NY.
Center Haircutters - Ithaca James Thompson: ive never had a good haircut, genuinely, but that Bulgarian mofo did me RIGHT. went in like a month or two ago to get a haircut, and im never good at explaining what i want, so i kind of just kind of agreed to everything he was going to do and oh my god he pulled it off. Ive never had a hair style like this i didnt even KNOW i could rock a style like this before going there. the cut looked great right after dont get me wrong, but with all haircuts they get better with time and oh my god i couldnt be happier, this may be the most confident Ive been in a long while. the picture is this morning, i didnt even need to style it, this was like right out of bed. magic. if you want a haircut, you are going here no questions, no ifs, no butts. i will travel the country to come here i dont care, this is my spot.
RD Beauty and Barber Shop - Ithaca Brenda Ramos V: Johanna did an amazing job with my hair! My hair was very dry, frizzy and she offered a gentle treatment that revived it, the haircut and the blowout were amazing, and the best part yet, this was a walk-in appointment!
Hair Graphics - Ithaca Kayla Svegl: Great group of stylist, everyone is so friendly. My hair looks amazing!!!! Only place I will go to get my hair done. Highly recommend!!!
NY Studio 108 Hair Design - Ithaca Almande: I asked to have 1.5 - 2 inches taken off my existing cut and specified I wanted to be sure the ends would not be bulky or flip out. The stylist completely changed the shape of the cut. Now my hair cannot be styled normally and flips out very far or forms an inverted v - opposite of what I had and asked for. This place is very hit and miss.
H&M Beauty Salon and Barber shop - Ithaca Burgdoff Kendall: So i chopped my hair off and it looked so abd before i came here, my mom and I walked in and we were greeted by the chillest guy ever and he told us to sit and wait for a little bit, not even 2 minutes later Antonio (i think was his name i cant remember) came amd told me to hop in the chair and he fixed my hair up and he so cool. If I could give more than 5 i would.

All I can say is WOW! This was the best salon experience I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. She did not make me feel bad for my lack of hair care or inexperience. She gave me so much helpful advice to benefit only me. she wasn’t just there for a paycheck. I had an absolutely amazing time and experience and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much for everything!! My extensions are PERFECT.
