1 /5 Jaclyn Porpiglia: I called to make an appointment for a health concern. While on the phone I was told that because it had been over three years since I was last at the office, I was considered a new patient. And “unfortunately” office protocol was not to schedule new patients for several months out. I clarified with the reception that even though I have a lump that I am afraid might be cancerous, no one will see me because I’m considered “new.” She confirmed this is true. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of care and discretion used.

5 /5 denise ruiz: This review is about Rae. She works at the Highland Medical OBS-GYN office in New City. I had a couple of questions regarding my appointment and also wanted to know if certain information was received by that office. Rae was very helpful. She took her time and addressed my concerns. The certain information I had a question about did not come up right away. It took some searching, but Rae finally found it. I was very pleased. Thank you Rae. To sum this all up, Rae displayed Exemplary Customer Service. I pray that GODS Will be done in the lives of all those reading this review and that you know Jesus loves you and that He died for you.

1 /5 Sofia Ohryn: One of the WORST places to go since they were bought out. They will not accommodate you, even with an urgent non emergency situation. The front desk staff will not help you schedule a same day appointment ever (Ive tried three times over the course of two months), and if they need to send something for testing, they do not check with you or your insurance which labs are covered by your plan. The providers here themselves are great, but there is really awful management that you have to deal with before seeing the staff whatsoever. Go somewhere else.

1 /5 Stacey XJ: Would not recommend because of my experience with the front desk. You are the face/voice of the company at the beginning. Your job is very important. First impression is everything. 1st visit I got a bad impression. Thought it was me. 2nd time, same thing. 3rd time was over the phone, same young woman who gave me bad vibes in person and same attitude behind that fake voice. 4th time was it for me. My last visit I listened to her as she talked junk about the patient that was on hold.. as if there arent patients in the office. Im switching to the other office. This young lady is unprofessional and shouldnt be working there if she hates it so much.
