Petra Holden: Gorgeous park that has virtually everything: playground, splash pad, kayak launch, and even a mini arboretum. Plus, lots and lots of places to picnic, play baseball, tennis, basketball, or just sit and appreciate the beauty of this area by the river. Public restrooms are available. Its across the street from Jumpin Jacks Drive-In, so you dont need to go hungry either. Thats also the place where I would park.

Badiana Badio: Absolutely stunning park that is well maintained and has so much to do. From their stunning rose garden, the fountain and water views, the serene walking paths and lush green grasses perfect for laying and relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is something for everyone at this park and it shows by the amount of people I see always enjoying it. I feel nothing short of grateful that I am walking distance from this beautiful oasis.
Jacquelin S. H.: Cute pocket park with multiple zones, workout equipment, big kids playground, toddler playground, basketball courts etc. The cute hopscotch, 4square, and us map paintings on the sidewalk areas add charm and functionality. The mosquitoes were bothersome but its definitely worth a visit to let the kids burn some energy.
Joseph Stacey: Very friendly staff, mostly volunteers who care about the history of their area make this happen. Nice collection of local art, goods, firearms, and representation of early life in this very historic area. The library is an excellent resource and working hard to preserve and protect historical materials. They are also working to digitize historical records.
C K: Nice park, works great if youre looking to meet step goals. Sadly, people need to both curb pets and not litter!
UPDATE: There is a Leash Law in NYS for a reason people!
Eric Arnold: I like this place because its a nice, easy walk and its beautiful! A few years ago I saw a bunch of Garter snakes which were fun to interact with. Also, I saw 3 Snapping turtles which was awesome! This year I saw a beautiful Deer that you could get a little close to! Very beautiful place, definitely have to check it out if you like nature.
