1 /5 P S: Terrible shop! Avoid at all cost. The only reason I ended up there was because of other reviews, so here we go: Back in March I asked them to check my front tires because my car vibrates when braking. They told me the front brakes are fine, but that I needed to replace my REAR brakes, so I payed $350. That did not solve the problem with my car. Then, they said I needed new tires, so I got new tires for other $500. The problem was still there. Last week, I brought my car again, asking them to solve the problem. They said it was the tire rods and something else, for which they charged me $580. Guest what... the f-ing problem still there. I complained about it, they said they did nothing wrong, and quote me other $350 to replace the FRONT brakes. It is basically a scam: two months later, lost $1500 and my car still vibrates while breaking!!! If you want zero accountability, poor customer service, and mediocre mechanics, this is the place for you.

5 /5 Gabreella Friday: Was told by another car garage that I needed my rear shocks replaced and quoted $600. Called Integrity and they said they’d do it for $400. On the day of the service, they called me within two hours stating my shocks were fine. Saved me a lot of money. Super honest guys.

5 /5 Ray Donovan: Shawn is a great foreign tech along with his other worker. Took care of my VW 1.8T. Could not have been my satisfied. I had OEM gaskets and seals installed. Very hard to find techs who are skilled on older models like 1.8Ts and older 2.0s. Many thanks

5 /5 Michael Kinner: If you are looking an honest service garage then this is absolutely the place for you! Integrity Automotive has been servicing our vehicles for over 20 years. There are no games, no gimmicks and no stories to try and swindle more money out you for bogus repairs. On occasion we have had our vehicles serviced elsewhere due to timing constraints; only to be told we need this and we need that. We have had them to the franchise stealerships and they tell us we need thousands in repairs. Then we take them to Integrity Automotive and we are told the repairs are not needed. We had our vehicles repaired elsewhere over the years while out of town... only to have problems with the repairs. We take them to Integrity and they are fixed correctly. There are not enough words to describe the level of service Shawn provides. If you want a mechanic for life then this is the place to go!

1 /5 Mark Corey: I am 62 years old and have never met a liar in business this bad in my entire life. I brought my 2004 neon to him one day never got a call once finally I went there and he Sean said there waiting on parts. I got the car 8 days later. Never fixed the problem. He charged me 4 times the price for an air filter and intake tube than what they cost at advanced auto. I paid 240. for him to put a 7.00 air filter and a 16.00 intake tube in my car. All that labor cost and deprived me of my car for 8 days and never fixed the problem. his advice was to put a richer gas in it. This guy is a joke, and I would never recommend you using him, I truly believe that he had family members or himself write the good reviews he has .
