The woman at the front desk is so friendly, they are upfront about how long it will be before they can work on my vehicle, and the mechanics are able to diagnose and fix the problem every time. I never feel like they are pushing extra parts on me like the dealership. They will continue to be my go-to shop for as long as my jeep keeps running.

5 /5 Kris Mulfinger: The service we receive at Jackson’s is superior to any other automotive shop. Jeff and his wife are always friendly, honest and helpful. Whenever we talk on the phone it feels like I’m talking to a good friend. I trust them to be honest and fair and appreciate the hard work and reasonable pricing for the service. As a continual customer, I feel like we are always accommodated. Jeff and Mary definitely go out of their way to ensure our continual satisfaction, squeezing in a flat tire early in the morning or staying a few minutes late for a pick up. Wouldn’t bring our cars anywhere else!

1 /5 Jeff Steigerwald: Took my car in because it was running rough. Day 1 nothing done kept the car for a 2nd day and said they were on it 1st thing in the morning. Didnt hear a word all day. I called around 4pm they picked up then hung up. About 5 minutes later they called back. They think it may be a timing issue and would like me to reschedule 12 days from now. I waited a week to get in. Fat chance. Then I go to pick up my car. $274. I gave them a can of ac refrigerant and asked if they could put it in the car. They decided to use thier own. Never told me just did it. So Im almost $300 in and my car runs the same. Now Im supposed to wait almost 2 weeks and they "think its a timing issue". I think Ill go elsewhere and you should too. Then theres the "nice lady" behind the counter. Shes explaining to me how they didnt fix my car or use the refrigerant that I asked them to. Im shaking my head in disbelief as Im swiping my card and I say to myself and under my breath Jesus christ. Thats when she tells me shed appreciate if I didnt swear in front of her. Next...

5 /5 james ?: This place is very professional. They fixed all issues and only charged us for the job we asked them to do. They looked over our car made sure it was safe and ready to be inspected. They replaced our turbo, did an oil change, along with removing the roof racks we had and changed a line in the turbo in 2 days. I highly recommend this place. I will be taking my cars there anytime I need any engine or turbo work done. Great business. The best in Saratoga and great prices. I am a new customer of there’s for sure.very trustworthy,honest, and professional. Thank you

Pat is the best and I really felt like he had my back and did everything he could to take care of my truck and resolve any issues i had. All the staff in the service center all had smiles on their faces and were joking with each other and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their job and the work environment. From a customer perspective, its really an enjoyable experience. This dealership is over 45 minutes from my house, and I will continue to go there for service because of people and the experience . Carlton Gamble: Car was repaired there and will never return for anything ever again. Roof damage was fix there on a fairly new car. They returned the car fixed but did not completely attach both sun visors, seat belt or side airbags. All of this equipment popped out while driving home. Did a U-turn came back and no one would be able to touch the car until Monday. They probably out source this work. On Monday the was taken in for an additional day and all the wacky stuff was fixed. Will never return and I do not recommend this shop to anyone. If those airbags had gone off we could have been hit in the face pretty hard. Lastly they left smudges all on the roof’s interior…I noticed it but my wife hasn’t yet. It’s her car and right now I just don’t wanna hear any more yelling about how much she strongly dislikes this place.

Bryon and Elizabeth Flood: Buyer Beware Tire Troubles: Mavis Tire Fails to Deliver on Safety Promise Let me share a wild ride of frustration and disappointment I recently experienced at Mavis Discount Tire . It all started on a regular day when I was in the area for a medical visit and found out our CRV needed four new tires. It seemed like a routine fix, but little did I know, it would turn into a nightmare. During a late night trip to Albany Medical Center early last week (around 900 miles with the new tires) we heard a loud banging sound while driving. To our horror, we discovered that the lug nuts on the front drivers side tire were loose and so we tightened them back on and proceeded with caution. We also discovered that all 4 tires were significantly low so we filled them to their required amount. . We ended up having to abandon the car in Canajoharie the next day when rechecking the tire on the way home and discovering it had been pushed off again resulting in 3 missing lugs. Thats a dangerous situation that needed immediate attention. We contacted Mavis Tire right away for help. They requested the car be towed to their Ballston Spa location. They asked us if we had a preference of a tow company and we did and they explained that they would take care of him when he got there. They never paid Flanny as promised and from that point on, we were lied to again and again. They told Flanny to call for payment but never took the call. They told us that Flanny never came to see them regarding payment but somehow they had the invoice and he didnt take their payment method either way so we would need to get it from corporate. They told us at corporate that the manager doesnt have the authority to write a check over $300 and our bill was $320 and that was why he wasnt paid. They told us Friday morning that they ordered a rim and it will be here Monday. But heres where things took an even more frustrating turn. They proceeded to say we would be responsible. We reached out to the general manager who interrogated us during the call and then called us back after 6 pm on Friday to tell us that HE investigated and because it has over 900 miles and ran fine for the first 3 weeks we had it that we did something to cause it, refusing to take any responsibility and dismiss our concerns. They later refused to cover the towing costs to bring the car to their shop, refuse to fix the tires and replace the rim and finally leaving us to foot the bill for getting it back to us from Ballston Spa. Its a reminder to always double-check where you take your car for service and demand accountability for your safety. I can only assume this is an isolated event but when you make a mistake, you do whats right and fix it. We asked for nothing more than for you to redo the tires and replace anything that broke or is unsafe as a result of the tire coming loose and pay for the original tow bill. This should have never escalated. This is poor poor customer service.

Im handicapped and use hand controls so it was very important to me that I get my car back ASAP nice I cannot use a rental car to my handicap. The owner, Glen, was excellent about planning my repair to happen within 2 days. One day to get the adjuster over to the body shop and one day to complete the repairs. I couldnt believe my car when I went to pick it up as it looked more beautiful than when I picked it up off the showroom floor years ago. He did an excellent, excellent job. I highly recommend this auto body repair shop to anybody that needs worked on to their vehicle.

Jim was able to use some kind of lube and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. Was also told I needed a new exhaust manifold that would run over$600. Jim found that it was a rusted connection causing the loudness. My car runs better than when I bought it now! Hes a straight shooter. Garage inst some fancy place and it might take him a little while to get to your car but idc waiting. I just want my car fixed properly so hes the one I go to. Highly recommend
