5 /5 Deric G: After having dealt with multiple dealerships over the years I feel pretty confident saying that the service at mohawk chevrolet is second to none. Pat is the best and I really felt like he had my back and did everything he could to take care of my truck and resolve any issues i had. All the staff in the service center all had smiles on their faces and were joking with each other and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their job and the work environment. From a customer perspective, its really an enjoyable experience. This dealership is over 45 minutes from my house, and I will continue to go there for service because of people and the experience . It was actually a fun experience, I like that they had a sense of humor and treated me like a person not a number. I went in for a test drive and got into a bigger ride than I expected and got what felt like royal treatment. Was not disappointed, highly recommend. He spent enough time with me answering all my questions and showing me the cars they have. Anthony had me test-drive the car I chose two times, in two days, until I was satisfied with my purchase decision. The team worked me on getting a car with great options that is very close to my target payment range. A team member walked me through the car operation and control features on the day I received the car.

4 /5 John Blanchard: I went to Mohawk Chevrolet because I liked the dealership when I originally went there to purchase a vehicle. Sadly they didn’t have what I was looking for and on top of that their purchase price was much higher than their competition so I had no choice. Fast forward and after my second service at the place I purchased the vehicle from the romance was over and I needed to find someone to service the vehicle. I decided to try Mohawk Chevrolet’s service department. They got me in fairly quickly and the check in process was fast. The wait was pleasant and they provided coffee and there were vending machines available. Looking at the antique Chevy on their sales floor was nice as well. I had GM points to use and the process was painless. Even though the dealership is 30 minutes away from my home, I’d gladly go back for my next service.

5 /5 Doreen Bishop: I had never been to Mohawk Chevrolet, as we were new to the area, but had purchased my vehicle from another Chevy dealer in the capital region. I was able to get an appointment right away-like the next day. My old dealership you had to schedule 3 months in advance. I arrived and it was easy to find where I needed to pull in. I was greeted by someone who was happy to show me where I needed to go to check in. The check in process was amazingly friendly and easy. I was escorted to the waiting area which is clean, open and has refreshments-more like a mini convenience store! The service was completed in a timely manner and it was the most pleasant and easy service appointment I have ever experienced.
