5 /5 Sunoz Soroosh: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rebekah Cesar at this office! She was so friendly and nice, and really took her time to answer my questions. Everyone at this office was so kind and attentive including the front desk staff and the medical assistant I had, Briana. I was seen promptly and I felt that all of my concerns were addressed. I even booked all of my follow up visits with specialty providers at this location because I had such a good experience. Its a brand new facility and super clean and modern too! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Yvonne Jenkins: Dr Freilich and his staff always treat me and my Mom with the utmost care. He is professional and personable. I aldo much give a very well deserved compliment to Aspara Khada. My Mom has very small veins and taking her blood is a bit difficult. But Aspara does it with great ease and her sense of humor makes the process painless and easy. Thank you all gor always taking such amazing care of my Mom. It means the world to me.

5 /5 maksud khondoker: What an excellent service they provided us today , the staff are amazing and very knowledgeable about their work, and I have to say few words about TY , how friendly this gentleman was from begin to end, he patiently answered all the questions we asked him. I do definitely recommend them .

Hope Ouderkirk: Most rudest doctors and nurses I have ever seen I very rarely go to the doctors unless I am very sick. Unfortunately, the doctor that I have was on vacation so I got stuck with somebody else and she was the most rudest person I have ever met in my life, I am not someone that has Medicaid given to me. I pay a very large amount of my paychecks weekly to have insurance and I do not appreciate to be treated like garbage when I show up to a doctors office once in a blue moon because I’m sick to be seen for not even two minutes. You don’t like your job find something different take your time with your patients disgusted

I mean DO NOT send you’re loved ones here as they have neglected my grandfather for over 20 years… called state multiple times but they get told when state is coming in so they can get everything tidy and out on a show for state, my grandfather has had soiled diapers next to his bed my grandfather has had dental neglect to where his teeth are all rotted and black, he has had old feces under his finger nails between his fingers and on his hands as staff said they didn’t notice it!!! Drenched in his own urine multiple occasions. My grandfather sits in silence in his room in a bed all day they won’t even turn his tv on for him pretty sad as he is half paralyzed and cannot manage to do things for himself. AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT SEND TOUR LOVED ONES HERE AS THEH WILL NEGLECT THEM! If I could rate this place 0 stars I WOULD shame I even have to rate it one star.

David Dobrovolc: Almost a $400 bill for my daughter being told she had the flu. This isnt the emergency room and they dont even have a Doctor on duty. So why would this bill be so much. If im paying a four hundred dollar bill im going to the emergency room and seeing actual doctor not a PA or NP. We never received a bill like this from Well Now before for coming in for the same thing. There is no reason this bill should be double if not triple the other bills. Be very careful when going to this Well Now....

John Lockwood: If I could give this zero stars I would, I went to this facility due to an ingrown toenail. I told them prior to the phone call that this is what I was here for and that I have a history of it and they said still come in once upon arriving at the facility, I was informed once the practitioner if you could even call it that, Said they don’t take care of that and just wrote me a script for an antibiotic cream. Now here’s the kicker I went to go get said prescription filled, but the provider didn’t participate in my insurance so I couldn’t even get it filled so… You can take my insurance to be seen, but you won’t take my insurance so I can actually get treatment. I got this appointment for 5 PM today and I felt like they were just trying to rush me out the door. They didn’t wanna listen to any of my concerns as I have extensive experience with ingrown toenails but they chose not to listen and just decided to push me out the door and not listen to what I had to say. I truly miss the days of when you would go see a doctor for something when you have a legitimate reason because why else would I go and they actually gave a damn all they care about is getting paid and they could care less about the patients that come to see them when they need them and it’s all about just lining their pocket. So well done to you I will never be gracing your facility with my presence, and I hope others do the same and find another alternative one that actually cares about the well-being of the public and actually do the job for what exactly it is meant to be to help others. I have 23 years in the healthcare field and I have never seen such a lack of care or compassion for another human being as I have here please stay away. There are better options out there.

DIVORCE YOURSELF: Misdiagnosed my eyes during opthalmology appointment resulting in additional, unnecessary vIsits. They billed me for multiple, totally unnecessary exams even after I told them I was just fine. Doctor admitted she was wrong in her diagnosis and stated she was glad I was correct in my own medical assessment!!!! Who is the doctor here???? Nevertheless they billed me for multiple visits which I refused to pay! Total rip-off, unprofessional and a waste of time. Consider other alternatives!!!!

I made an appointment six months ago, showed up at my appointment on time yesterday. While I expect to have to wait some for the doctor to come in, I waited over 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the doctor never came in, and I had to leave because I had another appointment scheduled. The excuse they gave is that the doctor will take as much time with the patient ahead of me as they need to. While this may seem like a compassionate approach to care, it is not. The nursing staff and even the manager, Sara, seemed to not care or have any respect for other peoples time and effort because they made it seem like I was being unreasonable for not wanting to wait 40+ minutes after my scheduled appointment despite me having showed up on time. They also lost the paperwork that I filled out 6 months ago, so I had to fill all that out again.
