Rob Lukow Dr. Beasley has been my urologist for the past four years. I had never previously had a urologist. I was referred to him after the results of my annual physical showed my PSA at 30. Dr. Beasley subsequently diagnosed me with a “very aggressive” form of prostate cancer. I have been in treatment since then for nearly four years. More recently that treatment has been reduced to active monitoring and gone from three month intervals to six. There is no indication of any recurrence at this time. Throughout my years of treatment Dr. Beasley has been great. I have had a variety of medical professionals during this time, all good doctors. But Dr.Beasley has been a solid standout in every indicator I can name. Professional. Very knowledgeable. Engaged. Empathic. Need a urologist? He’s the man.

Bruce W. Bayview Urgent Care: Excellent service. Everyone was friendly and professional. The medical team is professional and thorough, they gave a complete exam and all necessary tests. They are much easier to deal with than my primary care doctors office that is 3 months out for appointments.

Angelica Katz This urgent care is godsent and I don’t say that lightly. I had a respiratory infection for over two weeks and went to another urgent care that just gave me something to treat my symptoms and not the infection. Two days later, I had an asthma attack. Thankfully I had my expired rescue inhaler with me that worked but after that incident, I was really scared and immediately went to this urgent care anxious and upset but everyone in this place from the front desk to the medical assistant and the nurse practitioners were all incredible and went above and beyond to help me. They gave me a nebulizer treatment and set me up with a treatment plan for my respiratory infection and most of all they, really helped me emotionally recover from my asthma attack, which as you can imagine was very scary in the moment. I will always go to this place in the future and thank you to everyone who works there for all you do every day!

Brenda Leavitt I have always received great care from hospital stays and outpatient care. The staff do a very good job. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and are dedicated to what they do. I have also had several good Drs. I can honestly say that I couldnt have had better care.

Brandon Bishop I had the best experience for a traumatic event and surgery. All of the nurses, doctors and staff were absolutely excellent! They took great care of me even while dealing with all the issues they face on a daily basis at the hospital. I even had a room with a great view. The food was really good, but the coffee could use some serious help. My surgeon squeezed me into the surgery line up and did the full procedure after finding more issues once they opened me up. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. They fixed the pain as fast as they possibly could with the best technology available. I am so thankful that I was in good hands. Sunoz Soroosh I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rebekah Cesar at this office! She was so friendly and nice, and really took her time to answer my questions. Everyone at this office was so kind and attentive including the front desk staff and the medical assistant I had, Briana. I was seen promptly and I felt that all of my concerns were addressed. I even booked all of my follow up visits with specialty providers at this location because I had such a good experience. Its a brand new facility and super clean and modern too! Highly recommend!

Joyasree Mukherjee Unlike everyone else here, I had no problem with the doctor. However, I have something to say about the receptionists. Some of them have no manners, downright racist, and they behave very rudely. Some neither understand nor speak English. One lady who picked up my phone did not understand anything I said. Only a lady named Hafsa (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was amazing! I hope the doctor does the responsible thing and employs more people like her instead of the unqualified ones, so that the quality of the service he is providing becomes better.

Kevin Heyward I been going there to get my medical CDL exam for years. The last couple of times time I went my blood pressure was high. Im running back and forth over there. He still says my pressure was high. I went back again only to get sent out of there after all the back and forth. I went to my doctor to check the pressure, it was better. And even after being cleared by my doctor, not only wouldnt he check my pressure, he told me to go someplace else for my exam. I definitely wont be going back to him, but I would never recommend anyone else to go there. Very unprofessional.

Corrine Cashin Wonderful experience - I was able to set up my account and book an appointment easily. The representative verified my insurance, checked availability and offered me multiple appointments that were close to home with several well rated MDs. I was not rushed at all. Before my appointment I was connected to the portal so I could provide documents from my other doctors. The space itself was open, clean and welcoming. The front desk was polite and professional - confirmed they had everything they needed. I didnt even wait 5 minutes before I was called in for my appointment by the MD directly - Victoria Louis-Pierre took my vitals directly, she asked me how I was doing that day, went over my medical history. Excellent bed-side manner, kind and considerate. It is a relief to feel comfortable with a general practioner.

Everyone else at the office is very kind and competent. Years of great care both in office and virtually with the app.

Rick w I recently had hip replacement surgery at Hamilton Hospital. On the day of surgery, everyone that greeted me or helped me were fantastic! So pleasant and professional! In particular, was my primary nurse before and after surgery, Ashley T. Ashley was wonderful to say the least! She was so helpful and patient through it all! Thank you so much Ashley! As well, there was Nicole and Stacey. Both of these young ladies were excellent and helpful and professional! Thank you Nicole and Stacy!! Nick Got there at noon, left around 4:30 because another woman had been there since 9:30am and still hadn’t been seen. I came in to be seen due to dehydration and not being able to keep any fluids down, i was dizzy and was just dry heaving since i couldn’t keep anything down. A security guard came to me in the waiting room and informed me they’d refuse me service if i ate any ice chips or sipped on water. Went to Oneida where they got me in within 35 minutes and got me hooked onto an IV to get me hydrated again. Don’t waste your time here.

Jordan Hutson Frankly, this place should be shut down if they just dont give a damn. My 91 year old grandmother was admitted on Friday evening with a bad strain of the flu. She was dehydrated, had a bad cough, was barely eating, and disoriented. Upon her admission, her quality of care was not great. We had minimal contact with her attending, at least one of the nurses was rude and did not appear to be doing anything but had an attitude every time we asked for help. At one point, she had been sitting in her urine without any assistance. They also did not really answer the call button very quickly. They thought we would do everything, including handling her discharge on our own. We question what care she was even getting when we werent in the room. Pure negligence.

Cheyenne Morrison If i could give zero stars, I would. Took a trip to the ER for a kidney infection on a tuesday morning. Was crying in pain, it was my second time there for this in 2 days. I was brought back to a room and was then ignored for 2 HOURS. I was laying in a bed crying in a fetal position and not a single soul came in to check me in, do vitals, NOTHING. Not to mention the room they put me in was still dirty, the bed sheets had those EKG stickers stuck to it. I got up and I left without even being seen and no one said anything. Don’t worry though, they were all over in the nurses station giggling away with an almost empty ER, but in the 2 hours i sat there, I wasn’t good enough for just some tylenol. The doctors, the nurses, the people who check you in act like they do not want to be there and don’t want to help you. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else but here.

Cindy I called the Westchester Medical Center Gift Shop because my coworkers son was hit by a car. He was given amazing hospital assistance and in recovery. I called to ask if the staff in the gift shop could simply put together a card, balloons and candy bars to bring to his room. Her name escaped my memory. And the woman who assisted me called me back 2 times to let me know what she put together and then after it was delivered. Plus how happy the patient was to receive a gift. She gave me 5 star service over assisting with a simple gift. It can be hard enough for someone to be admitted. Its the little things that make a huge difference. I highly recommend this gift shop for anyone who is looking for something to be delivered if you cant do it yourself OR if you are there, stop in to choose a gift. I see some of the reviews on google about this hospital and life is hard enough having someone in the hospital. I believe that nurses, staff and doctors are doing their best in an industry that is so difficult. Give the staff some grace, theyre doing their best.

Stav German Got treated fast at the ER and transferred to the ICU by the neurology team. They were AMAZING. I never had such attentive, respectful, professional, and kind doctors and nurses. They kept everything transparent and informed constantly. Even the people who bring the food were great. I owe them my life, but also, really, my personal dignity.
