5 /5 I Ryc: It was first visit for my hisband and myself and it was absolutely fantastic. Doctor Newell is super caring, thorough and very professional. We laughed, we talked about everything, we started some investigations which other doctors never even suggested. She diagnosed serious condition on very first visit and we can start treatment in early stage. Really wonderful doctor!!

1 /5 Elizabeth Doviak: Dr. Newell, in my opinion, has totally dropped the ball as far as my husbands care is concerned. Without going into the details, she did not KNOW BASIC FACTS about my husband as her patient. We will be finding a new physician as soon as possible. My husband has stated, from day one, that he doesnt care for her. I told him to give her a chance. I now feel the same.

Abby Cataldo: My husband was a patient at this facility in March 2024 and I could not be more grateful for the staff here. He was treated with utmost respect and kindness. Their facility was clean and well maintained. The specialists kept me in the loop for treatment and encouraged me to visit and call during his time as an onsite patient. He had a positive experience there during a really hard time in our lives. Especially during this time in American healthcare when places like this are often in need of more staff and more support, they did an incredible job providing safety and help when we needed it. These are good people and their kindness was unmatched. I remain eternally grateful for their attentions paid to the person I care about most in the world- and for their inclusion of myself.

Frank Corradino: WARNING!!! This guy is BAD NEWS. Dr. Grady diagnosed me with a serious valve issue at Oswego hospital while I was under his care. The next day, I wanted my diagnosis on paper because I didnt understand what he meant by telling me, "my Valve is leaking". So I went back to his office the following day, I asked him to give me a formal diagnosis on paper, he then lied and said he didnt tell me what he said to me and my wife the day before. I immediately fired him and went to upstate for a 2nd opinion rather then a lie because my wife and I new exactly what he said we just didnt know what it meant. He lied to protect the surgeon Dr Lutz that put the undersized valve in my heart because apparently my life is not as important as protecting Dr. Lutzs from legal issues. I then went to an upstate surgeon for a ligitiment 2nd opinion only to get the exact same diagnosis that dr. grady gave me but denied the next day. If your life is of value to you, I suggest you stay clear of Dr. Grady (of Oswego hospital) and Dr. Lutz (of st Josephs hospital, Syracuse NY ). The undersized valve is only the beginning of what Dr. Lutz did to me. I now have an extremely rare lung condition that I incurred from a herniated lung that Dr. Lutz caused from him improperly closing my incision. This herniated lung has become as life threatening as the undersized valve he put into my heart. Lutz also lied when he told me the herniated lung will have no Ill effects to my health and that he has another patient with the same condition, shes fine. Totally not the truth.

Christina Peters: Unfortunately I feel the need to leave a poor review. I had shown up to every appointment and on time as well as always paid my copay. After asking to cancel an appointment on a holiday (and had called 3 separate times to make sure I could cancel it), I was discharged. The office staff was great in person and would kindly send/fax any of my documents that I needed, however, became rude on the phone in several instances when I attempted to ask basic medical questions or needed to reschedule. It also took 2 years for a plan of care to come together for me in order to feel better. I would not recommend this office for your endo needs.
