Qamar M Asim (Asim): Scheduled an oil change appointment and everything went smoothly until I had to actually drive my car.
Got my oil changed before a long 4 hour drive so the car would be ready, and as soon as I hit the highway the oil cover shield plate under the car fell off as it was not bolted properly. Completely ruined the drive as I had to pull over every 30 minutes to tape the skid plate over and over.
It is completely unacceptable for a professional shop like this to do such lousy and unprofessional work on something as simple as an oil change. As a local student, I put my trust in their hands and will not allow anyone to make the same mistake I did. I thought that paying a little extra for an oil change for the peace of mind of a good professional job would be the smart move, instead it is now costing me double as I have to replace the skid plate because it is completely torn apart.
Nonetheless, Tony at the front desk was a friendly and kind gentleman. Just very unfortunate that there is a lack of quality control at this good year and they are letting the simple mistakes pass.
