I have a bmw 550i , my dream car and I won’t take it to just anyone. I was shocked by Lou’s knowledge and professionalism. I pulled up to his shop and right after he was finished with another customer he immediately got my car on a lift and found the issue I had. I needed my front axle repaired. After two dealerships gave me 2 different diagnostics. I needed a new passenger axle. He ordered the bmw specific part & got my car running back to feeling I had when I drove it off the lot! And led I went to the dealer I would have paid 10 times the amount that Lou gave me! Worth every penny. Will be a customer for life! #Justfixit

5 /5 Big Al: My e46 M3 6-speed was having transmission and gearbox issues and I was stuck in 1st gear and at first I assumed I needed a whole new transmission and we were told by other specialists that it needed it. But Abdullah ran a diagnostic and found the issue took care of it with great turn around time! Within the same couple days he had the car up and running ready to hit the road. Very affordable and fair with pricing. He managed to get me in as soon as possible and did a great job handling my vehicle. Not only that, he showed me and explained what was wrong with my car. He went to the extent of comparing parts, and showing me what was actually wrong with my car rather than just throwing a guess of what could be wrong. I recommend this place to anyone. Hailey Byrne: I don’t like to do this to other businesses, but I am fearful if I don’t someone else will be faced with similar problems. I recently took my car to RCR Auto for a New York State inspection and was left extremely disappointed with the experience. Initially, I was told my car wouldn’t pass inspection due to a disconnected joint on the suspension. They quoted $150 to fix it, which I agreed to. It’s worth noting that when I pulled in, there were no warning lights on in my car. After they completed the repair and drove the car around the block, I was handed back my vehicle with a new inspection sticker, but now with both the ABS and traction control lights on. I immediately walked back in and asked about it. They told me it was a wheel speed sensor issue, said it was safe to drive, and asked me to return in two days so they could fix it. When I returned, the story changed. Now instead of a wheel speed sensor, they claimed there was an issue with my wheel bearing and quoted me a repair cost of over $500. At that point, I brought the issue to my fiancé. After he called and spoke with them, they agreed to fix it for the cost of the parts only, waiving the price of labor. However, I later had the car evaluated by a different, trusted shop. They found no issue with the wheel bearing whatsoever, no excessive sway, no abnormal noise, and no reason to believe it needed replacement. In addition, the l assessment of my vehicle noted the part they added should have been greased and it was not. Evidently, the problem was the speed sensor all along. Once the new shop discussed this with us, a $37 part from the dealership and 20 minutes of labor turned every light off and the car is driving like it’s brand new. I’m sharing this because if I didn’t have support and resources to double-check their claims, I likely would’ve paid for an unnecessary repair. Be careful trusting this business my experience raises serious concerns about their transparency and honesty.

Joe Wedge: First time customer, from the minute I called in an emergency Nolan assured me everything would be ok and quickly had my Jeep towed to the shop after it died blocking traffic. I kept putting off the repair and just got used to the noisy muffler but needed an inspection. Then started having electrical problems. When it just shut off I went into panick mode. All I saw was $$$, Nolan called me first thing the next morning and said they immediately identified the electrical issue, faulty wiring job that was done so poorly is was dangerous, they photographed everything so I could possibly recover some money from U-Haul for the after market trailer hitch they installed. He explained it wouldn’t pass inspection because of the exhaust and I knew I couldn’t afford a new system, but before I could even tell him that he said my Jeep was in excellent condition and hard to believe it had the mileage on it that it did. He suggested a retro fit for the exhaust that would last and save me a ton of money, and it would pass the inspection. They gave my entire jeep a once over and a list of minor things that could be taken care of at a later time along with cost estimates broken down. They had my Jeep back to me in less than 24 hours, when it started it sounded and drove like it was brand new. Jennifer was also great with customer service when I called back with a stupid question. Customer for life now!

Brought them a wheel bearing and was told it was the wrong part - it was not. They didn’t even bother replacing it despite telling me they would do it with a part they had. I dealt only with the owners.
