I am blessed with amazing and low maintenance hair that Shark calls “model hair”. It’s voluminous and big but sits just right. It takes too long for my patience to straighten, but Shari almost always straightens it out for me when I get my hair cut. She has a keen sense of how to style a person’s hair compared to their head shape and she just does such a great job. Thank you so much for all of your wonderful haircuts, Shari!!

5 /5 Kayleigh Tompkins-Lipsitz: Kallista did all the beauty services for my wedding. They did an exceptional job! They do not have a makeup artist, but one of the stylists was able to bring in a friend to do makeup. Everyone involved w/ my wedding had a great time at the salon; everyone is so much fun! All hair stayed perfectly done for 12+ hours. My sheilac manicure stayed in place for 2 weeks, through my wedding and honeymoon.

5 /5 Meghan Como: OMG I was absolutely over the moon at how amazing my hair came out!! Like it came out better than I could have ever imagined (you should have seen the before lol.) This was my first time back in a hair salon in over 10 years (I’m super protective of my hair so that’s why I hadn’t gone in a while), but my hair desperately needed some sprucing up so I decided it was time to go, and let me tell you, I don’t think I’d trust anyone else with my hair besides Gretchen. She is such a lovely/kind person and knew exactly what I wanted and how to execute it perfectly, and overall she is so knowledgeable about hair care. So if you’re looking for a place to go to get your hair bleached/dyed/cut, look no further! I’d 100% recommend seeing Gretchen .

4 /5 Roger Moore: Gretchen is wonderful! So precise and gives me exactly what I want. Prices are very fair for hair cut. Have not gotten color or mani/pedi, so I dont know how those prices are. They only take cash, so prepare for that.

I already had platinum highlights, wanted to match that color, they said that was fine. But my hair is orange. I look like a clown. It took them several hours to do what I couldve done in half an hour at home. I was expecting to pay around $300 for something right. But they messed my hair up for only $80! What a steal. Am I going to accept this orange creamy dessert color? No because I have a job and cant show up to the office like this.

I traveled from my college down in Fredonia, NY to Buffalo and it was completely worth the trip. Their salon was so professional, official and aesthetically pleasing. It was like a hidden wonder of Buffalo. In my session there for my hair I was taught everything I truly needed to about my hair and how to take care of it in the future. I really needed to see a specialist, because I was at a point that I felt like I had to give up on locs. I didnt know how to truly how to take care of them or if they could be saved. Fortunately, I came to the right place and the stylist that I worked with - Gloria James, assisted me in educating me about my locs and she took care of them while doing so. From revealing to me why I was having breakage, how to reduce damage in the future, a regiment I need to follow to restore my health to what it could be, giving me a treatment to help my scalp and locs, restoring what locs she could in the time that she had and more. I found everything that I was looking for in my experience at this salon. I will gladly come back for another hair appointment in the future. I already have an appointment booked a month from now and Im dearly looking forward to it. Following my retwist I ended up buying a big bonnet that I could use while I was sleeping to protect my hair. I am very happy with that product as well. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a professional experience in hair care. Its worth the trip.
