5 /5 Patty B: I have to say that Kathleen, and her staff, were absolutely wonderful. I will not share the details of why I had to go there but, I will share that it’s a very sensitive situation, and they treated me so well. Kathleen sat at my level, and she listened to me. I didn’t feel judged but, I felt as if she truly cared. She started me on a regimen to help me, and it did to some extent, but, not quite enough. Typically, this is when I wouldn’t go back because I would rather not be a bother, but, I just know that they don’t feel I am a bother. I’m not sure of much but, I’m sure going back, and being honest will be a considerable part of me “getting better”. I’m counting down the days until I go because I have so much faith in her. Not only that, but I feel blessed to have found someone so wonderful in my absolute time of need. The biggest stars go to this office staff, and NP.
