Cliff and his team are the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve come across in Brooklyn and throughout my 25+ years of work I’ve had done on vehicles in the past. It’s a busy local business so wait times are not immediate but they are timely. I would and will/would go/travel out of my way to have my truck and future vehicles serviced here.

1 /5 Yvette: The place is a RIPOFF! Quoted me one price for auto repair, than when the job was done, charged a much higher price and claimed the person who gave me the original quote wasn’t authorized to do so because he didn’t actually work there. Fast forward two months later, the same issue I went to them for, started happening again with my car. When I called to inform them of the issue, I was told to bring the vehicle in. I asked what the policy is for repairing an issue they already addressed within such a short time frame and he hung up on me. Will never use their services again and I recommend you think twice about going to them.

5 /5 QWIKMEDS PHARMACY: Service: Change engine oil filter housing, engine oil leak. Jeep SUV, Both low oil pressure warning & engine light came on. @ the same time. Have always used dealership service. Didn’t feel like trek to dealership, so tried local KC Auto Repair. Cliff was transparent about the pricing. Performed Diagnostic test while I waited. Given Choice of manufacturer vs generic auto part. Decent repair time frame. We will continue to use KC for car maintenance.
