Robert Featherstone Today the technician Trev cane to my home in NYC in Arverne and did a wonderful job on my vehicle..I had a leaking radiator which needed to be replaced...the company stayed in contact was always available and open with me. This was a great experience..I was treated with great customer service and even the technician was great with positive energy and explain every step of the way, what he was doing and always showed me the damage and why the radiator should have been replaced. I will be using this company going forward for all my car needs..its was like a puzzle and the way he put every piece back together........was amazing....... Thank you to a great company

Deolu Only go here if you white or Jewish. I visited this shop to get my car fixed from some damage from an accident. When I got there I met a Jewish man outside talking to a Rabbi. Waited patiently for him to finish and noticed how he patiently took his time with the Rabbi. When he was done and he started talking to me there was a sense of urgency in his tone and action. Was rushing to look at the damage, and asked if I was paying out of pocket or insurance and I said I was paying out of pocket, he sized me up and said it cost $4k because he had to replace that door to fix a dent (picture attached) and some other cosmetic damage from the accident. I took my car to another shop owner by a Muslim and the quote came to $1350, I was treated with utmost respect, the owner of the shop offered to drop me off at the train station and sends me periodic video updates. I have attached a picture of the dent and videos from the other shop.

I spoke with Aaron who said he wasnt there, but I could stop by and ask for his son Mo. It was the most pleasant experience Ive had at any auto body shop in Brooklyn. I highly recommend it. They took the time to explain the issues they found with my 2006 Range Rover in a way that was clear and easy to understand, without any pressure to make unnecessary fixes. Nie Znany I just realized that my inspection had expired and found this place. Neil was the person who helped me. During the inspection, he discovered that my front and back light bulbs weren’t working. He replaced them and checked everything else. It took him less than an hour. I’m happy he was able to take care of it .

Ronald Sylvestre, Jr. I wish I could give this business more stars. In a world where it’s easy to get taken advantage when it comes to car repair cost, this business is honorable and trustworthy. I had an issue with my steering and originally took my car to the Nissan dealer. Not only did Nissan charge me a boat load of money, they misdiagnosed the issue twice and never fixed the steering issue. I brought my car to Noor Auto Repair. Not only did he correctly diagnose the issue, and fix the car in a very quick turnaround, he also pointed out that my inspection was due. As a full time single father, I appreciate him saving me time trying to figure that out later. Moving forward, this is the only place I’d bring my vehicle.

Kirk Gordon Shawn is great! Quick, thorough, convenient, and patient service. I’d recommend him to anyone! I had my catalytic converter stolen recently, and Shawn was able to come to me within 24 hours, diagnose the problem, and help me find the right replacement part online. I’m a somewhat new car owner, so Shawn also taught me a lot about how the part works, etc. A nice, caring guy who knows his stuff and does things quick and at very reasonable prices. Turning Point As a new driver, a woman and owner of my first car, a 10 year old car purchased with over a 110K miles on it- I needed to find a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy auto repair mechanic. I found that at Poly with William and his team. I have heard too many stories about women in my case who have not been as lucky. They did the initial inspection and servicing. Two years in, my very “seasoned” car has had a couple of bumps along the road… like a cracked transmission case ( NYC’s raised manholes are mean) and most recently my starter gave out. They have been promptly, professional, budget friendly and very kind. I’ve recommended everyone I know… and now on Google I’m recommending to you all.

Quoted me one price for auto repair, than when the job was done, charged a much higher price and claimed the person who gave me the original quote wasn’t authorized to do so because he didn’t actually work there. Fast forward two months later, the same issue I went to them for, started happening again with my car. When I called to inform them of the issue, I was told to bring the vehicle in. I asked what the policy is for repairing an issue they already addressed within such a short time frame and he hung up on me. Will never use their services again and I recommend you think twice about going to them.
