2 /5 McKayla Brown: The communication needs to be worked on & the secretary is rude to customers. Not only was she rude to me on the phone when she mistakenly told me that my car was ready, but she didn’t realize I was the wrong customer she was speaking to regarding my vehicle. I was given a 3-4 day time frame and 4400 quote. I waited a lot longer than I could afford to and had to keep extending time on my rental vehicle. In the end I paid about 5400 dollars. It would have been 5600, but thankfully they were willing to work with me and lowered it a bit. I would’ve given them 3 stars, but the lady working the front needs to check her attitude. Very rude to not only me, but my mother when we asked for clarification on pricing from the manager. I do appreciate the work that was done, just need to work better on communicating.
