I loved my long hair, people loved my long hair, and it was part of my identity. Now I feel lost. Im so distraught. Itll take a year to get my hair back to where it was. Ive lost so much self-confidence from this. I knew this was a cheap place but I read the reviews and only saw 1 bad one so I thought I was safe. Do yourself a huge favor, spend the extra money, its worth it. If you dont care bout your hair and want a cheap cut, this place will do. If you do care about your hair you should definitely not go here. I wish so much I trusted my gut and went to the more expensive place, I hope you read this and it helps prevent you the pain I am feeling now. The cherry on top was her cigarette breath making my hair smell like cigarette smoke.

1 /5 riley jacobsen: Victoria cut nearly 7 inches of my hair off as a “trim”. Not only did she take more hair than the 3” that was requested, she did a very poor job. It’s very choppy, jagged and looks like the 5 yr old I babysit can do better. You really just hire any body huh? I have always had anxiety about going to get my hair cut for this very reason. Granted, my hair was not the healthiest it could be, but she could have respected my wishes of only cutting 3” off as opposed to whatever she felt was necessary or best. Her judgement is poor and frankly so are her skills. I have pictures of my hair before and after my appointment attached (See for yourselves). I would also like for it to be noted that I could’ve gotten passed the fact she took more than anticipated off if she had not done such a horrible job… Victoria you were sweet but you literally gave me another insecurity.

I am pregnant and was crying because I had gotten my hair done somewhere else and it wasnt what I wanted at all, she didn’t make me feel dramatic for crying and she fixed up my hair amazingly. It was only my second time there and yet I feel comfortable there already, definitely my go to salon now :)) Laura is just as lovely and did my hair greatly the first time i went there :)) I also have scalp psoriasis and getting my hair done makes it easier for me to care for it and keep it under control, I’m not sure if they saw any flakes but if they did they didn’t bring them up or make me feel embarrassed in any sort of way.
