Linda: So I wish I could give zero , but not an option. I called on 3 separate occasions to make an appointment because of great reviews I read. Left messages for a call back. Have had no response. I am actually happy now my call was not returned because I really don’t want to go to a place that runs business that way. So happy to say I called another salon with great reviews and they returned my call right away and scheduled appointment. Guess your salon doesn’t need the business.

Tracy: I travel specifically to this store because of the customer service that I receive from Carol. She is very pleasant and very helpful. Her attention to detail is amazing. She always remembers my name and knows which products I like when I come into the store. The other day I stopped in and Carol wasn’t there, but Clarissa was. I have to say that Clarissa was excellent as well. The customer service that Carol and Clarissa give is what keeps me as a repeat customer
