Sandi Santiago: The hair salon is clean and welcoming. It was really close to home. They took me in considering I booked the day before so I was greatful! The front desk lady was really nice and accommodating. My hairstylist took her time with me. I have thick and curly hair. I will definitely go back and I have already scheduled my appointment with Tati( I hope I spelled her name right) by the way she is a Latina and I truly appreciate it. She is so nice and true professional who puts the customer first with her knowledge, skill, and dedication. Truly the best haircuts and colors I’ve ever had. cheyenne cortes: I would give this place zero stars, but that’s not an option… I went into the salon, asking the stylist if she can do My hair like the picture I showed her she told me yes afterwards I had informed her that I already had box dye on my hair from over a year ago and then she continues to tell me she was able to get my hair like the picture I showed her I asked for a full head of highlights, and I came out the salon with my hair almost looking the same as when I came in. Overall, the hair trim I got was choppy and She did not give me the highlights I want they are Chunky… The price was $210.. the manager insisted i pay full price for an incomplete service while I showed my dissatisfaction for my hair he still insisted I pay full price for my hair after I got a choppy hair cut, chunky highlights with uneven color, and with my hair only blown out and not straightened. Even though during our conversation he had mentioned that if I already had a box on my hair, the hair style I wanted to achieve was not possible. He still insisted for me to pay $210 after he admitted my hair should not have been worked on definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and the middle aged manager with glasses and gray hair(male) did not keep his composure at all he definitely made the whole issue worse he did not act like a managerial figure. DO NOT GO HERE
