    Donna Baxter: I have been getting either acrylic or gel Powder manicures & pedicures for over a decade and specifically at Art Nail Spa for the last year and have been happy with all the technicians I have had. Never have I had such a bad experience as I did today! I had who I assume was the manager that had the cordless phone to answer business calls. Of course they don’t wear name tags so I couldn’t tell you her name. Anyways as she was beginning to do my nails she stopped while using the dremel tool to look at her personal cell phone several times ( not just during expected soaking times which I could understand ). Then she was talking to text. Then she went into a full phone conversation with an ear pod all while trying to do my nails. Absolutely no respect for me as a paying customer. Because she wasn’t paying attention she cut one of my cuticle areas pretty bad. So I pulled my hand back (normal reaction) and said “I wish you would pay attention to what you are doing!”. She then stopped the call and it seemed take out her frustration that I interrupted her call by being very rough and cutting another one of my cuticles with one of the metal bits. That woman should not be in a managerial role mentoring that behavior with the other technicians let alone be able to touch anyone’s nails! Once done, a wonderful technician relieved her and cleaned up my nails as they were full of stuff under the nail and gave a great back massage! She saved my experience from 100% dissatisfaction. All the other employees there have been great but be weary if you get the one I got today!

    Heather Skovira: I love Extended Beauty LLC! Heather B. always does an amazing job on my lashes. It is always clean and everyone is very friendly and professional ! I even took my daughter for a lash tint and lift before her homecoming dance ! Heather was patient and explained the whole process as she was doing it to make her feel comfortable. I would ten out of ten recommend them!

    Dakota Gibson: Me and my mom have been going to Kim’s for almost a year now straight for our acrylics and they have done such an amazing job on our nails. The ladies are so nice and understanding, they care about the work they are doing. Unfortunately I’m moving so the green and gold set will be my last with them but the work is amazing. From doing my prom nails, to my engagement nails, and then my wedding nails it’s always amazing work

    K M: I had a very efficient appointment today. My gel nails were done quickly (but not rushed). The atmosphere is quite clean and welcoming. There are ample color options and parking was not an issue. The couple who runs the place are very friendly!

    Karene Bruce: Cute little salon, but there weren’t many color options to choose from for nails. There was only 2 nail techs, I had a scheduled appointment, but they didn’t start mine or my friend’s nails till almost an hour after we were there. They had us sit in the chairs as if they were going to start then walked away and started other clients nails and tended to others first. My biggest issue was that there was NO HEAT!! The technicians themselves were in jackets! I’m all for saving a few bucks on a bill, but when EVERYONE was in a jacket and shivering… that’s a little much. And we were there for 2 hours shivering, and my friend is pregnant. There was a silver tin foil like tubing that went up into the ceiling through a hole and was connected to like a construction like blow fan that they would turn on for a few minutes at a time, and it would get a little bit warmer. But they only turned it on twice the entire time we were there. I honestly don’t know if I’ll go back.

They actually take their time (unfortunately unlike some of the other places around here) and made sure my nails were the shape and length that I wanted. These are my natural nails and she was careful to not buff into my natural nail. Will definitely be returning and recommending!

    Emily Tolosky: Went there for the first time, the lady who did my nails was also doing 2 other ladies nails. 3 of is at the same time. Rushing. She didn’t fill the whole nail, they were thick and sharp on the underside. Paid 75 for the nails lasted 1 and a half days before it cracked and then ended up pulling the rest off. Wont be going back. Result from the first picture of the cut, I now have a bacterial infection that required antibiotics.
