1 /5 G On: I came to this practice as a new patient for a routine check-up, referred by someone in the neighborhood. Initially, the staff seemed friendly and professional. However, the experience quickly turned disappointing. I was given an extensive treatment plan that conveniently maxed out my annual insurance allowance. Trusting their recommendations, I went ahead with the procedures - only to find out later that some treatments may not have been necessary or appropriate for my situation. After multiple visits, I’m still dealing with pain and discomfort from a procedure that should have resolved things, not made them worse. While I believe the team had good intentions at first, it felt like I was brushed off when I raised concerns, and follow-up care was lacking. I’m sharing this to caution others to seek second opinions, especially if youre a new patient. This has been a frustrating and painful experience that I truly wish I could undo.

I have had several cleaning, bondings and most recently a gum graft surgery completed and I am very happy with the results. I have had other gum surgery in the past and none has been as effective as with Dr. Richter.

From the moment I walked in, I had an uneasy feeling and unfortunately, it turned out to be justified. What followed was a whirlwind of questionable "diagnoses," vague explanations, and pressure tactics that felt more like a sales pitch than medical care. I was quoted an eye-watering sum for procedures I later discovered I didnt even need. Its deeply concerning how quickly they rushed to recommend extensive work without proper transparency. The environment felt more like a profit-driven operation than a place of genuine care or integrity. I left feeling taken advantage of, confused, and frankly, angry. If youre looking for honest dental care, I strongly urge you to do your research and proceed with caution. There are far better, more ethical practitioners out there.

5 /5 Adria K. Hernandez: Dr. Wolf is amazing! The office staff is great. I went in for my check up and the hygienist Beverly greeted me very friendly. She took my x-rays and gave me a painless cleaning. Then Dr. Wolf checked me out and told me I was fine but needed some fillings worked on. He was friendly and very personable. I needed to come back, so when I went to the front desk to schedule my appointment the receptionist noticed my insurance was about to end for the year. So in an act of kindness and consideration, they made my appoint for just 30 minutes later that same day. I saved hundreds out of pocket because Dr. Wolf interrupted his own lunch to fit me in. And the refilling was painless. I was greatly impressed but not surprised! Ive known Dr. Richter and his assistant Elizabeth for years and they have always been kind, professional and loving. They even saved my life during Covid when an infection monstrously swelled my face up and no other dentists could be found open. They were brave and amazing. Its the only dentist I know whose assistant, Elizabeth, is a registered nurse! I cant say enough to actually show my gratitude. Oasis has a great team and I recommend them highly! Juan Carlos
