He has gone out of the way to make me happy when a set of partials were unsatisfactory, not due to him, but due to my own discomfort with the properly built partial. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Jamie is a good example of this.

5 /5 Maureen Gilroy: I highly recommend Dr.Marc Purdys dental practice. Dr. Purdy, Dr Ania and all of the dental hygienists- especially Jamie are quality professionals. My family and I have had wonderful care from Dr. Purdy and his team for over 10 years. My experience today with Jamie, the dental hygienist was wonderful. She made sure I knew what was happening for every step of my appointment and put me completley at ease during a crown procedure. Jamie checked often to make sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment. So lucky to have this practice in our community!

5 /5 Rigel Lochner: Ive been visiting Dr. Marcs office since I moved to the area in 2017, and have been impressed with the quality of care since day one. Dr. Marcs approach to dental care is cutting-edge, constantly staying up-to-date on the science and techniques that create better outcomes for patients. The staff are excellent, take the time to listen to concerns, and do what they can to ensure youre taken care of and comfortable. I cant overstate the level of professionalism and expertise among everyone there. Aside from dental care, Dr. Marc and team also specialize in orthodontics. It took a few years to convince myself to do it, but Ive been happy with the process since the beginning. Any time issues have come about from my orthodontics (as they do), the team has been quick to schedule a time to address any problems or concerns.

1 /5 Yam: My opinion: Very much a scam. Does not take insurance. Recommends fillings where you do not need them. Does a very poor job of putting in the unnecessary fillings that your insurance will not pay for, and will mess up your teeth so you never forget your poor decision of going to this dentist.

5 /5 Samantha Hatch: This is the BEST dentist office! The staff are all very nice and attentive. The office is immaculate and it’s also relaxing as most of the rooms have beautiful views. Dr. Marc always walks in with a smile on his face and is great at providing answers to every question. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff all do a great job of making you feel comfortable Kate was very attentive and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Darrian (hygienist) as she does a fantastic job cleaning your teeth and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you for providing such a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this place! -Sam

abbys crafty corner teeter: Friendly staff...you pay for what you get...he has fixed several teath from previous work from other dentist... not pushy in any way to have work done . You go when you are ready and comfortable... great for fixing fillings crowns and ect. I highly recommend him over many dentist that are well known in the area ..he has had to fix a lot of issues they did incorrectly....will never go anywere else ...in addition you can call and ask them how much a cleaning will be or filing..like I said I would rather pay and have them done correctly than have a filling fall out several times in the past from previous dentist ...he takes good pride in his work !!♡♡

Michael von Dengler: I had two lower wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Scott Noren. Dr. Scott Noren and his team explained everything before the surgery, and it put me at ease. Im 42 years old and Im on the older range for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Scott Noren did amazing job with the surgery. I really didnt feel any soreness with the surgery for a couple of days. There was not too much blood and the stiches in the back of my mouth looked to be flawless to perfect. In my mind with some of the research I did on this surgery and my age he did a way above average surgery on my wisdom teeth. Im amazed on how the healing process appears to be going fast. Dr. Scott Noren called me after his office hours to see how Im doing. I told him Im doing much better than I expected. I feel Dr. Scott Noren is an amazing, gifted surgeon in his field, and you cannot go wrong utilizing him and his team. Thank you, Dr., Scott Noren! You have instilled faith in me. Someone who has not had too much faith in the medical industry in the past.

Marcie Lanham: Dr. Kelly and all of the other staff at this office are amazing. My whole family goes here and we have all had nothing but great experiences. My 4 yr old recently had to have some fillings and Dr. Kelly was so patient with him, even despite his reluctance to cooperate at times. She went above and beyond to help him (and me) with a procedure that is not very fun for little ones. I highly recommend her and Dental Spa of the Finger Lakes!

Carrie Deng: Warning! Over-treatment. Imprudent examinations and operations. There is no disclose of what are their treatment plans, and neither there is a discussion with the patient about their plans prior to arrange you an aggressive treatment. You only realized something off when they actually destroyed your tooth nerves through their over-treatment. My tooth become more sensitive and inflamed after they aggressively removed my part of good tooth for some unknown reasons. But previously i was only agreed to replace the filling! Also, they over-sell you extra chargeable service in the middle of the service that is covered by your dental insurance. I was asked to buy their oral-cancer examination in the middle of the routine cleaning. If you don’t buy or refuse their treatment, they pulled a long face in front of you! Also their routine cleaning is lesser and incomplete compared to other dentals I have yearly been. Don’t come here if you want to save your tooth.

C Hoffman: I am not afraid of much in life...but after several bad experiences I avoid dentists as much as possible. I recently had a severe tooth infection. Acahti dental took care of the problem professionally, promptly, and most important to me painlessly. I have been to other dentists in the area and have not been satisfied with their work. I will not bad mouth (no pun intended) any of them, but will be going to Dr. Oberly again to take care of some overdue dental problems Ive been procrastinating on. Thank you.

Mariel Tader: Couldn’t be more happy. I chipped my tooth and they were able to see me the next business day, the staff was super considerate and kind the whole time. I’ve had bad experiences before at dentists who just try to get everything done as fast and hack as possible, but here the doctor really took time to make sure that my teeth looked nice, felt good, and would work with my Invisalign. Her filling color matching is so good I can’t even tell it’s a filling!

Shanana Nanana: I just recently had 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out. Before my appt. I was careless and didnt get my meds until sunday and came to realize i didnt have all the prescriptions i needed for the day of. The surgeon on his day off made it so i could get them right away. They made sure I understood everything that was going to happen before and after the surgery. They were great when I had to come back in and get my holes packed. I had to take my twin 2 yr Olds with me and they were so good to us while we were there. Very helpful. Could not have asked for a better place to take care of me. Definitely recommend them and I really dont like going to the dentist lol.

Austin Fay: Although they do nice work on your teeth, do not expect them to treat you nicely if you are not a wealthy family. If you have not seen a dentist in a long time, they will make you feel nervous and condescend and talk down to you about the fact that you have not seen a dentist. If you are paying them any amount out of pocket from your insurance, they will not work with you, they will claim that they will and then surprise you at your appointment with canceling and refusing to see you. I showed up ready to pay a couple hundred dollars off a bill that was surprisingly applied to my account and mailed months after the last time I had seen them with no communication from their office. Apparently my insurance had, for some reason, not covered the majority of the bill as they had in the past. No communication was made about it at all. They will make claims that theyve talked to you multiple times when they havent, they will make claims that they have sent you letters that they havent, and then if you try to show up for an appointment they will pull a gotcha about owing them money. And despite having half the bill in hand, they still refuse to see me. It was really disappointing after working with them for this long and having given them so much money. Plus the times that they have canceled when I was pulling in because they overbooked, which was more than once, and I have taken it in stride both times. Not worth it. We all know how anxiety producing dentistry is for people who have not grown up with a dentist all their lives and are trying to do catch up work. As much as I appreciate the quality of the work, do not go there expecting to be treated well if you are brown and not wealthy.
