1 /5 Issajord: Came here this afternoon and just had a terrible experience. I walked in. I was kind I said good afternoon and was asking questions about getting a new tire. The employee that was sitting at the desk gave me nothing but attitude. Huffing and puffing. I dont know what I did to deserve that, the crazy amount of attitude it just was not a good feeling.
Maybe Im overreacting. You see, my son is a two time cancer fighter and we just came from an oncology appointment. He has something called graft vs host disease ( basically his body attacking his donor bone marrow) which has been causing him tremendous issues the past year. we leave the appointment and I come out and see that my tire needed to be replaced asap. So this was the first place I went to because its close to my home. So to have a long, stressful day and then try to be polite to the people in my community, who would be potentially serving me just to get hit with attitudes and huff and puffs Was not what I was expecting.
You never know the day people are having. Please just remind your employees to be kind.
