From one that has a fear of the dentist he makes it easy. His staff is the best, they always welcome you with a smile and easy chatting. And they are always very accommodating when you need to schedule an appointment around your own schedule.

I am not a fan of any medical treatment especially when it comes to the dentist, but when it came to Dr. Skopp he made it nice, easy, and I left worry free! Highly recommend for all of your dentistry needs!

Salvatore Manzo: I have to say at 25 years old and needing a lot of dental work done, this place has been the best of the best. The front desk and office manager/ surgical coordinator Rosalia have been nothing but a breeze to work with. All these negative reviews I would have to assume are from people who have had to pay money out of pocket, but as a 25 year old, I already know insurance is the biggest scam and how can you put blame on this wonderful practice for collecting money for their services. I would highly recommend to anyone, I have brought my own mother/ father to this office and they fell in love with the doctors and members of the crew. 10/10 recommend

My family and I have been coming here for over 7 years without any issues, but ever since the team changed, this has become THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE in New City, NY. The pricing is completely inconsistent, and they’re terrible at handling insurance claims. They fail to send the necessary documentation to the insurance company, and instead, they just send the bill directly to us. Before a procedure, they’re quick to assure us that our insurance will cover a certain amount, but after it’s done, we’re hit with a $1,000 bill because they didn’t properly process the claim. This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see how much the quality has deteriorated! Me and my family are never going back to this place again!
