1 /5 M Angela (TheBestNightmare): Dr. McCue was very friendly at first and made me feel comfortable before and after Id had an extensive procedure. That didnt last long. Because I was very ill the night before a follow-up and left a message to let them know I couldnt be in the following day, I was advised that I didnt give 24 hours notice and no longer would be a patient. The receptionist advised me that I had signed a paper saying such. No...and I was right..I did NOT. The woman had me in tears. At my last appointment I was told that the individual who made the oral accessories was retiring, so I would have to go elsewhere for new fitting. No appointments available until January of this year (which was to be months from then). No referral (I asked for one), no root canal that I needed- and I have not gone back. Its so much about the money and no longer about the care of patients. In my opinion.
EDIT: Due to my HONEST review, I received the following letter stating that Id broken confidentiality (untrue, by law) and no longer a patient. Whats that saying? You cant fire me. I quit! Anyway, be careful. Free speech is frowned upon.
