5 /5 Melanie Yager: I can’t recommend this office enough. The receptionist were beyond kind and helpful. The office is beautiful and very clean! I have extreme dental anxiety and Pam was amazing at easing me into the appointment , checking on me, and explaining everything. Dr. Merola was personable and amazing as well. I never felt pressured into anything and everything was explained in great detail to me. I am glad I found this office

I have been overjoyed with their professionalism, their thoroughness, expertise, knowledge, skills and overall customer service…. I can’t say enough! I have had cleanings, x-rays, crown and now tooth extraction as well as bone graft being done now. Highly recommend them. Exceptional care, staff and facility!

5 /5 Cole Olvera: What an absolutely incredible experience. Dr. Merola and his team are warm, kind, knowledgeable people. They took their time with me today and explained everything step by step. The office is immaculate. Highest recommendation. You need to choose them as your dental care team. I will be returning in six months and cant wait for this experience again.

3 /5 Kimberly Vanderhoef: If this review were based upon the technicians, hygienists, and dentists, this would be a 5 star review. The BEST technicians, hygienists, and dentists Ive come across. The office is very nice and clean which I appreciate. However, I base this review upon the overall experience. Unfortunately, both my spouse and I have experienced billing issues with the billing department at Merola. Examples are not responding to numerous outreaches from the insurance company regarding a claim, and not taking action/steps even though we were reassured they had. Conversations with the billing department could also be handled more professionally - this is based upon feedback from both myself and the insurance company.

5 /5 Shannon Knick...: Every visit has been great! Whether just for a typical cleaning or something more serious, the staff is so kind and knowledgeable; I feel very well taken care of here. The office and rooms are extremely clean and welcoming. Im so happy to have found a facility that I like so much!
