Mazal Rappaport: Dentist is warm/nice but staff is rude and nasty. Felt like trash how they spoke to me. When they got rude to me, dentist ignored it. Want your things sanitized? Good luck because the same wipe for counter will be used for x ray utensils and where you sit. Ask for another wipe? They claim its not necessary and too expensive. I told them my immune system aint good. In their heads so long as wipe is wet, its good to work for everything - even if its barely wet anymore...lol! Surprisingly, dentist was the extreme opposite of her staff. Id rate her 4.5 stars. Thats because she said shed help me with something but I guess got too busy with next patient to end up doing it. I was told shed follow up but nobody did. Also, if your staff is rude staying quiet and ignoring it aint the right way to go about it.
