The place is clean, well lit, and beautifully decorated. The staff are all kind and caring. What I especially love is Dr. Kopach’s approach. She treats the children like little adults and empowers them with information on the upcoming treatment or procedure. My son was initially nervous for his visit but after their first conversation, they quickly built trust and a positive rapport. Wanda is also great and works with patients on billing needs as best as they can. The patients health is their number one priority and I love that. All in all, I highly recommend. #1

I had no idea the positive impact that she, and her amazing staff, would have on my health, and life. I was experiencing a lot of jaw troubles that were causing problems with my teeth. Dr. K took such incredible care of me, and always made me feel like everything was going to be okay. She kept in touch with me in between visits and showed me that she truly cares for her patients. Dr. K makes sure that her staff is top notch! Natalie, Wanda, Chris, John and the rest of the Mineola Dental Wellness crew are the BEST!! I’m so grateful to have found them.

I was searching for a good holistic dentist almost 2 years ago since I was feeling some pain in my back teeth and someone in a natural minded group chat suggested Mineola Dental. I called the office and never looked back! I was bleeding so much from my gums and never knew where it was from. Every time I flossed and ate something I would bleed. After an incredible thorough cleaning by Natalie, my gums improved tremendously and I never had that issue again! From that day forward, after seeing the results from the deep cleaning and how the bleeding stopped, I felt more motivated in taking care of my gums and teeth. I never knew it could be so easy! I also got my chipped tooth filled at Mineola Dental and Dr. Kopach did an amazing job making it look like my natural tooth. You really cant tell the difference! I always look forward to going to my next dentist appointment and getting that individualized attention and love and care. Everyone is so warm and welcoming here and make you feel right at home. Michele Moore: Dr. Matt Kim is a SUPERB dentist who operates at the top of his profession! He carefully applied anesthetic to my gum so that I would not feel any discomfort when he injected my gum with pain killer. He then artfully repaired a broken back tooth with a composite material similar to what I had before. It was EXCELLENT treatment that simply could NOT have been better! His office is very professionally managed, elegantly decorated and METICULOUSLY CLEAN. There is ample free parking in the large lot close to his office entrance. His staff is excellent too.

It was cool to see the pictures in the lobby, which were taken as the building was being built over time. They have a huge sports memorabilia in their waiting room filled with autographs of famous people. They also have a nice kids waiting area with games.

Kristine Ramnath: I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Roslyn Family Dental. I went in to have four fillings replaced at their recommendation, only to experience severe pain just days later. When I returned, they dismissed my concerns, saying my teeth were just “sensitive.” However, after a full week with no improvement, I sought a second opinion and paid out-of-pocket for an X-ray. The new dentist found decay left under the filling and that the filling itself was hitting my gums—clear signs of poor work. I returned to Roslyn Family Dental with the X-ray, but Dr. Saleh was not available, and I was instead seen by Yelena. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, even making a sarcastic remark asking me if I could see the decay. I felt unheard and disrespected, and at that point, I no longer trusted them to work on my teeth. I went back to my new dentist, who reopened the filling, confirmed there was decay left inside, and properly corrected the filling that had been placed incorrectly. To make matters worse, just two weeks later, the other fillings they had done fell out! After multiple calls, I finally got a refund, but only after dealing with unnecessary stress and poor treatment. This office clearly lacks experienced professionals, and their dismissive attitude toward patient concerns is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else—your dental health depends on it.
