He’s talented and takes time to listen so that he understands what you want, but also gives great feedback in regards to the type of hair you have, the shape of your face, and what might suit you best. I’m so happy to have been referred to him. And the salon itself is relaxing and comfortable with great music. Highly recommended!

5 /5 rose duggan: James and Sarah are both very capable and creative stylists. Their salon may only be a year old, but theyre both very experienced, talented, and well known in WNY. This salon is their dream come true, built on years of hard work. Ive had fantasy color work (dye) done for years by Sarah, and she always protects my hair, ensuring that it remains both vibrant and healthy, despite how many colors I insist on trying. She uses high quality products and appropriate techniques. James is a super talented stylist and artist, you can see his work all over the salon. Theyre both super down to earth, welcoming, and warm. I love getting my hair done, but usually hate that fancy salon attitude, hence why MJ Rose is perfect for me, the best quality without the stuffy vibe.

She did an amazing job and explained the whole process while figuring out a style that would work with the amount of time and effort I was willing to put into the maintenance. 100/10 will be back.
