5 /5 Jenelle K: I’ve seen Natalia here twice and she has had no issues squeezing me into schedule. I have been seen early, given refreshments, and access to the bathroom when needed. She is friendly, personable, and most importantly skilled in her craft. I feel comfortable and safe in her chair. While I am also able to trust her judgement an d communicate openly about my style opinions. I am happy to see her when I need a new cut and will continue to return.

5 /5 Nina Bangel: Amazing, I repeat AMAZING SALON. The culture and vibe is just spot on and it is so beautiful and relaxing inside. My stylist Cathy is literally the queen of hair on Hertel and gave me highlights and cut better than I could of even dreamed of. I have never loved my hit so much. An added bonus is they are kid friendly and also give my kids great haircuts and they can stay and relax with their iPads on the comfortable chairs that are provided. The owner Julie is a sweetheart and I really enjoy my time there. I will always be back for life. Thank you for treating my family so great and Cathy you’re the best!

5 /5 Rebecca L: Went to the salon yesterday. Julie always goes above and beyond! Hair on both of my daughters was amazing! She cut, colored, and styled. Wish I can give a 10 stars but it only goes up to 5!! Would definitely recommend.

5 /5 Katherine Viglione: Absolutely amazing! I used Urbanity for my hair and makeup for my wedding. Not only was I invited in a week before for a practice run, but they came to me on the big day! I had 5 bridesmaids and each one had their hair and makeup done. Three stylists came and it was so much fun! They were absolutely amazingly fun! My flower girl was so jealous she wasnt getting anything done, so they curled her hair for free and she felt so special! I totally would recommend their services!
