3 /5 Shannon Brooks: Definitely on the fence about this shop. First time trying it. And thought it wld be rather quiet on a Wednesday afternoon….WRONG. Everything looks very outdated and super cluttered. Definitely needs a deep clean in there. 3 toddlers n an adolescent running around 3 kids belong to the ppl who work there. One tech got up mid nail set to go to the potty. I thought tht was disgusting cuz she cld have done tht in between customers. Another tech was digging in her clappers then sat down to do someone nails. To congested for me. My nails are amazing tho n my toes are to. But I was looking for a relaxing moment n o didn’t find it there today.

Ingrid Hill: This is a smaller nail salon. The day we went in only 2 techs were on the floor but they were both pleasant, attentive, and efficient. Their work was beautiful. Priced a smidge higher than other local studios but the attentive focus and detail orientation made it all worth it.

Carolyn Ortiz: Went today and was turned away HOWEVER it was a Saturday and they said they had no appointments available. I was shocked because I got there and there were staff with empty seats so even if they had an appointment they could’ve served me if they wanted to. I was only there for a manicure which takes 20 minutes so if they really wanted to attend to me they could’ve. But on a brighter note they do a great job and my nails lasted. So, I gave them 5 stars due to the quality of service but they could do better accommodating people because it seems like I wasn’t the only one based on previous comments. I guess to avoid the hassle MAKE AN APPOINTMENT especially for a Saturday. When I went before it was during the week so that could be the difference.

I was in need of a refill but I only use protein bullilder gel over my natural nails. I was so skeptical about going somewhere I didnt know and not many places use the protein builder method. I went to Giovanna on a whim and was not disappointed. She uses the method which is so much healthier for natural nails and they came out lovely. To top it off she finished with a wonderful hand massage. I would definitely recommend her.

I was so impressed with the quality and detail that was used to do my manicure. My nail tech was Lora and I absolutely loved her. Nichelle Solomon: Really liked my design and how my nails came out with Ivana! She was very thorough with my manicure and design. However, $150 for these is kinda crazy to me as I got designs like this and more intricate with Japanese nail gel at my regular spot for cheaper than this. The design alone was about $70+? I’d still recommend and will come back! Just confirm the price and your design first!
