1 /5 Anna: Not only bad, but as bad as it gets. These photos are not weeks (or even days) after the appointment, theyre from less than an hour later. Cracks, peeling, bubbles, chips, blood.
When I asked for a refund (on the same day as service) my requests were ignored until several days later, and then denied. "We need to pay our employees a living wage." By screwing your customers?
Not to mention the damage done to my cuticles, which were left peeling and bleeding. Apparently, this was somehow my fault, per the response I received from the salon.
I dont know if every manicurist there is terrible or not (this was my first and last visit), but to call what I received a professional manicure is an insult to actual professional manicurists.
Dont take my word for it, the photos speak for themselves.
