They didn’t charge me a cent over the NYSI price (and verified I was animal-free!) I’m a woman, and these guys have been nothing but nice to me for over 25 years.

My first time using Tire Rack - in order to access a specific tire I was not otherwise able to secure from my dealership - went more smoothly than I expected via Mohr’s Service Center as the installer. Net net, I ended up saving over $70 versus a comparable dealership based scenario. More importantly, Jimmy and the team at Mohr’s are truly professional and honest. They didn’t push extra services. Their process of doing a complimentary inspection (brakes, fluids, filters, etc.) using a web & text based platform (including pictures) = top shelf. Most dealerships automatically push and charge ($120+) for a full realignment regardless of need. Mohr’s assessment (absolutely necessary) was half that cost and they provide the report. That’s honest. That’s legit. And on top of all that - Jimmy (one of the service leads) is genuinely friendly and a pleasure to work with. I won’t hesitate to go Tire Rack route again…and will absolutely be back to Mohr’s for other service, if needed. They earned my business and respect.
