1 /5 Sammie: Worse Hospital ever! ER Department was horrible! My sister was practically paralyzed in pain and unable to move. She came in an ambulance which should have given her priority, however, nurses were unprofessional and rude. They stated she had to wait 8 hrs to be seen. That’s insane! She was screaming for dear life! After sending her to 2 different ERs that were unable to help her, we ended up going to NYC where they accommodated my sister quickly. I’m glad she’s ok now.

1 /5 Anna Malek: its a death trap. dont go for anything other than broken bone. most drs are students. my son was misdiagnosed, given medicine he is allergic to (though we told them hiss allergies prior) and they didnt have any problem billing us for everything. Nurses are excellent though.

jaqlynne hernandez: Worst ER I’ve ever been to! Give 0 stars if I could. Do not ever go here unless absolutely necessary! Was kicked out by a Dr. Kurtmill. He was one of the worse people I ever met. Treated me like a drug seeker for my back. They completely dismissed me and said if I can’t get up then I need to go to a nursing home or rehab n they can’t help me and discharged me without my say or anything. Later that night, I’m now in hospital somewhere else and need spine surgery. DO NOT COME HERE!

P H: I have never seen nor experience a more horrible emergency room. The nicest thing about this place is the exit sign. I went in the morning and shouldve known after seeing an elderly lady cursing as she left that they didnt help her and that she needed to go to another ER. The decor, the layout, the check in felt 3rd world. The floors were dirty the EKG room is dirty and cluttered like walking in someones dirty closet. I saw people come in with trauma,bleeding, bones out of socket, horrific vomiting amongst and one man were made to sit in excruciating pain to wait for a room. After waiting for 3 hours without being seen I left. Im okay with having more critical patients seen ahead of me but I would never recommend anyone go there. The older man and his wife sitting there with a dislocated shattered bone said it best with tears in his eyes, "You cant this place an EMERGENCY ROOM." They need to close it down, restructure, hire and renovate. Dont take anyone you love there.

Jane Murphy: I am currently sitting n radiology with my 85 y.o. Aunt. Her Nephrologist ordered an ultrasound. The receptionists are dismissive, going so far as to huff when you ask questions. We cannot get an estimate on a time frame and we’re told, lunch is at 12. I realize that we did not have an appointment but the level of care here is deteriorating rapidly. Staff is new as they n brand new in many areas. They obviously have a lack of training and empathy. Choose somewhere else to take your family.

Margaret Rutherford: I dont know about the bad reviews I have seen about Dr. Goldfisher and his staff but I am 80 years old and I find his staff very polite and friendly. As for Dr. Goldfisher, it took me a long time to find a Dr that was very thorough and he speaks with my Primary Dr Andrew Hirsch and they compare notes. . He has been the most considerate Dr. and he does a wonderful job making sure I know exactly what he is doing, why and explains the outcome in layman terms. He has never rushed me out of the room and always leaves me understanding his process. Thank you Dr. Goldfisher. I appreciate you and your kind staff.

Mary Bonner: They changed hands and what is happening now is absolutely criminal. You cant get anyone in the phone. You cant get a medication refill. You cant get through to radiology. I have the best doctors there, but these cuts and changes are going to cost somebodys life. Staff blames the new computer system but you cant tell me there was zero training prior to the start of it. There are long lines to check in. The scanners are unplugged so why are we being bothered to preregister for an appointment. And forget about getting an appointment.... Everything is booked solid. Things sure have changed - for the absolute worst. This is the stereotypical takeover of a great medical center by a corporation looking to make a buck by cutting services, staff & care.

Kevin Mitchell: I saw Dr. Plumer and he was an absolute pleasure. Maybe the best visit I’ve ever had with a doctor and especially a gastroenterologist. I felt listened to, understood, and taken care of. Dr. Plumer took his time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He knew exactly what was going on and took such excellent care of me that I can’t recommend him enough. Best gastroenterologist in Orange County !!!!
