5 /5 Gabriel Sloan-Garcia: When my car stopped working, I was quoted an egregious amount to replace my cv axle and do some realignment. After accepting that my car was never going to be fixed, I decided to do some more research. I found Morris and called to talk about the issues and Jesse was super flexible about getting it in to give me a quote. After giving it a once over, he gave me an estimate and not only was it less than the big name place, but it was an actually reasonable amount. He replaced my entire cv axle and realigned my suspension in six days and I havent had issues since. THIS GUY IS AMAZING! I have a mechanic for life now.

5 /5 Meredith Partridge: Best mechanic around. Jesse was so upfront, honest, straightforward, and was extremely fair. I had a terrible situation with my car; it just stopped working and it was 3 whole weeks with my car at Morris Auto. I think I probably called half a dozen times for updates because I had no backup and every single time Jesse answered the phone and answered every question I had with care, knowledge, and patience. The issue was very complicated, and Jesse was honest with what he was thinking and made sure to keep me updated. He did his absolute best during the whole process and his skills/knowledge were obvious. He was flexible with my car pickup and setting up a key lockbox so I could come after hours, and was flexible with payment. I know exactly who I would go to in the future for car maintenance and issues.

5 /5 Al Dolch: What a great find near RIT in Rochester NY ! My Granddaughter gave me a huge list of repairs - #1 being pass inspection ! Figured that would be a catalytic converter. Jessie & his Team got it passed - Completed all the repairs and kept us informed the entire time and completed the entire job for under $1000 ! I was amazed and very VERY HAPPY !
