1 /5 Sara Gruntz: I’ve been going to Dr. Molly Sheron since around 2018 the office in Amherst used to be great! Friendly staff and nice people she recently has moved and joined Mt St Mary’s health center (the new hospital location in Lockport) ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems the number they claim to have doesn’t connect you to their office yet the old number does??? I’ve asked about it the people at the front desk are clueless and RUDE specifically Roseanna who during a phone call cut me off in the middle of the sentence and hung up the phone on me for NO reason if you hate your job that much why are you working there? Because of this call I was discharged from the office what a joke

1 /5 Vicky Okerlund: Beware! My OBGYN (Dr. Molly Sheron) that I’ve been with for over a decade recently moved and joined the Mount St Mary’s Network. Now that she’s part of their network, I now have to pay TWO co pays, one to her office, and $190 to the hospital. I tried disputing with Catholic Health and they told me the hospital has the right to charge me in addition to her office because she’s part of their network. I also contacted my doctor but this remains unresolved. If I knew I would be charged over $200 out of pocket for a 5 minute med check (blood pressure check and a script), a service that used to be FREE when she was at her prior location, I would’ve switched doctors when she moved. This is a deceptive practice to charge women over $200 out of pocket for a scheduled routine med check.

1 /5 Timothy Mullen: Had to switch to them because my Dr had retired. Was just looking for an annual check up so i could get a primary on the books. They asked if i mind meeting with the NP because the Drs were booked. I said no problem and they took my insurance information. BOTH primary Drs are consider in network on my health care. The NP is NOT and they didnt even mention it to me. Ended up costing my almost $300 for them to tell me my height and weight for an annual check up. Would of been nice to at least tell me the NP was not in my network. Not a great first experience. Update just to show how incompetent this drs office is the reply below they gave isn’t even correct lol. You can’t call this dr correct because the automatically transfer you to a 800 number. I literally called the number the owner below posted in reply to my original comment and the person at that number told me they couldn’t do anything. I have literally never left a review on a company before. That’s how strongly I feel this place is terrible.

1 /5 Andrea Weczerek: I seen Dr brasa 4 years ago..my first and only appt. She was so rude and stood there arms crossed as Im telling her my medication and medical problems..she just stood with a nasty look on her face didnt acknowledge she was listening or even cared ..im on blood pressure medicine she stopped refilling 2 of them ..and she stopped refilling mt antidepressant a month ago that I been on for 15 years..as I said she only seen me 1 time ..I only call for my meds ..they should be checking my blood all the time and I also have hypothyroidism that should be checked every 3 to 6 months she doesnt care ..and she doesnt know me but wont refill my medication..Im looking for another dr .

5 /5 Lcoq19: Not sure why people are having issues here. Ive been with Dr Joe since the Brockton dr clinic opened and Dr Basra since she first began working there. My experience has been nothing short of amazing and I love all the staff there. I always feel listened to and like my needs are met. Im happy for them being able to move to the new location at 6001 Shimer dr because it means so many more people will have access to wonderful doctors and top notch Healthcare! Please dont let bad reviews from frustrated people cause you to miss out on a compassionate Healthcare team. I really cant say enough good things about them! Im someone with a lot of health issues and the doctors have been compassionate and proactive when new issues arise. Id even go so far as to say they are the best doctors Ive ever had! Just be sure to tell them what you need the appointment for when scheduling, especially if it includes paperwork since they do need to allot for time to complete it.
